Some storage companies promote extra insurance policies, but your homeowners policy will most likely cover your household mini-storage contents. Since opening our doors in 2007, none of our mini-storage customers ever had to file an insurance claim. We are often asked about the advantages of climate control.

About Storage is ideally located on Sebastian Airport property, with Sebastian police within a quarter of a mile from our site. In addition to our own security and surveillance systems, our perimeter road has video surveillance by the Sebastian Police Department. I would love to give this place 5 stars because they have been very friendly and I had mostly a good experience with storing my boat here. However, they have some things that need to be improved on, hence the 4 stars. I got one of their spaces outside the gate since they didn't have a space available inside. They told me I would be notified as soon as a spot on the inside opened up.
I was never contacted, so I have to assume either they forgot about me, or a spot never opened up in the 5 months that I had been storing my boat there. The spot was angled in a manner that made it really difficult to maneuver the boat into and then this issue was compounded by a big rig and trailer that was parked just out in front of the space. The good side of that is I got very skilled at backing up the trailer pretty quickly.
There was a bit of time where they had an ant problem and my feet were constantly getting bit to shreds whenever I picked up or dropped off the boat, but they eventually took care of that problem (or the ants just relocated). Their boat wash station was a hose that was old and severely kinked with a cheap spray nozzle with a broken handle. All that said, it was still an affordable place to store the boat and they were conveniently located directly across the street from the boat ramp.

I can't say enough good about this place. They take great care of their clients and our stuff. When we were moving from West Palm to Sebastian we needed a place to store our RV. We called and the young lady on the telephone was exceptionally helpful, very efficient and gave us all the information we needed. We booked a space for one month for our 33Ft 5th wheel Camper, thinking we could look around at other places if we needed to.
A month later, when we first arrived the staff could not have been more helpful. We never even looked at other places. We now love this place so much we pay yearly. Safe, very secure and all the amenities we need. O' and did I mention fantastic service.

Very helpful staff, they offer Kayak rentals which are very reasonably priced the river is absolutely gorgeous, you can either start from the park across the street or the kayak launch down the way. They will drive you back to where you're car is or to the launch site depending on where you launch from. Bring sunscreen and lots of water, it can get a hot in the summer months. I have been here multiple times and each time was very positive.
