Florida Moving Systems/ North American Van Lines did a superior job moving us to our new home, from start to finish. It was an out of state move and they paid excellent attention to all details and were very professional. Felix was our primary mover and long haul driver and he was very professional and provided excellent service. Highly recommend Florida Moving Systems for your out of state move.

They were very responsive to our needs and happy to answer all questions no matter how trivial. The packers did a great job. Nothing broken in transport and I have lots of glassware. Both the loading crew in Florida and the unloading crew in Kansas were cheerful and great to work with. We definitely recommend these people. Services: Interstate moving, Moving-related packing

After several estimates I am so glad I used Florida Moving Systems! The gentlemen movers were fantastic! The estimate came out a little high so I actually paid less. This was for a South Florida to Melbourne move of some furniture. They called when they hit traffic on the turnpike to say they may be late- they still came very close to the original time. Very professional and courteous- will use again!

Did a move from Florida to Colorado Springs, CO. Moving Systems was professional and went the extra mile to provide services. I especially appreciated the used paper and boxes for packing. I ended up with almost everything I needed to pack and had to spend only a bit for new boxes. The driver contracted was excellent, on-time and without surprises (I'll review his work separately as well). I would use Florida Moving Systems again and recommend their services without reservation.

Packing process was quick, yet careful; thorough and detailed. We didn't use the number of packing boxes originally estimated, and the cost of the packing was reduced by @15%/ The move was done in one day. Six men arrived, focused on the careful, quick transfer from our former home to storage. The home was spared any damage associated with moving larger/bulky furniture.
Storage cost is reasonable, and the care for our possessions is obvious (and greatly appreciated). We've used Florida Moving Systems in the past, and will - when necessary - in the future. They're a "go to" company.

Florida Moving Systems was incredible. The entire team from the people who set it up, to the crews at our origin and destination were nothing but professional. I cannot give a higher recommendation to use this company. A huge shout out to Felix, Mike, Chris, Rob, James, and Louie for making this move less stressful and putting up with our crazy kids.

I am sorry to give this company a 2 star. Todd was great to do business with, the packers do a fabulous job nothing broken, and no damage to our furniture. The crew that unloaded our stuff worked hard, they had to carry our belongings from the road, then up the stairs. However, 3 boxes were left that were not ours, my husband called the company immediately, they had us call the driver, which was a dead end call.
He wanted us to take the boxes to FedEx, but would not provide us with no information as where to send it. He it is over 2 weeks since our move, and many, many calls to the office, left messages and no return calls and to the driver, many calls, and we still have the boxes. We are not a warehouse, so the only thing left is to take the items to Goodwill. Plus we were missing items, and the driver didn't leave the shipping slip with us.

Excellent customer service and trustworthy! Mike did our estimate and helped us save money, he is friendly and very professional. He answered all of our questions and responded quickly. We were nervous because we had never used a moving company before and Mike reassured us and made us feel comfortable, thank you Mike! On moving day the crew was on time and moved quickly, Ish was friendly and has a great sense of humor.
He is compassionate about his work and cares about the people he moves. On delivery everything went smooth and it was nice to see Ish again, we shared some laughs and they reassembled the furniture where we wanted- total professionals. If you are nervous (like we were) and looking for the best moving company in Florida use Florida Moving Systems. From the beginning of our move to delivery of our belongings they were there for us supplying us with moving boxes and packing paper (free) and answering all questions and concerns. We recommend them highly and would use them again in a heartbeat!

The team that loaded and unloaded our home was outstanding. They did estimate the time to load and unload and they were right on the mark. We only moved a short distance from one town to another with some time delays due to closings not conducted on the same day, but they did everything they said they would without question. If you are in search of a moving company, I would highly recommend Florida Moving Systems (North American Van Lines).

The worse moving experience I ever had. The sales man was nice when he came to the house, one of the reasons we went with them. But that is where the Nice ended. The day of the move they showed up and told us our stuff would have to go on two trucks. No big deal except the second truck cams two weeks after the first truck and we didn't have clothes for two weeks.
In calling them they said not their problem I needed to call the National division of the company. Have been waiting an additional two weeks for a call back from a supervisor. They left our house a mess. Had wrappers from food and they stole stuff from our house. I had left food for a friend Andy they had taken it. Left a check in a draw in an envelope for a cleaner and they stole that too.
They just were the worst. I moved with United Van Lines from NY to Florida and never had an issue. Please, please don't use them. I ignored bad reviews and am so sorry that I did. They didn't care that we, had no clothes and had to go buy some for a funeral I had to go to and a job interview my husband had. It is amazing to me that clothes aren't considered essentials. I could go on about how we are missing fishing poles never used and my bank with coins in it too. This company is so bad.
