Extra Closet

What a perfect place! Chose this storage unit after reading great reviews and due to it's location close to my parents apartment. The facility was always clean, well lit and the staff was so helpful. Thank you for all that you do.

Went to this business helping a friend neatly pack up storage rental unit. Very nice, clean, controlled environment. Office employees are very kind, always smiling and very helpful. Respectable Buisness here!

I read poor reviews about the lady that works at the front desk before. Well when we signed our agreement she was very nice and polite, I thought they must be wrong. NOPE. Went back today for the first time since dropping our belongings off and she was EXTREMELY rude. My husband went in to drop some stuff off as I'm 9 months pregnant and went to her desk and she said "you're at the wrong place. Are you new here?!" Umm, yep we are.

As soon as our baby is born we'll be leaving this storage unit. (I have bigger things going on in my life than dealing with her at the moment, but believe me they'll be hearing from me.) There's plenty others in the area with staff that would appreciate our business. So warning if you're looking for a storage unit she'll be nice the first visit when you're giving her the money then is totally rude after that. They should hire staff with better customer service skills. Also, take note of all the mouse droppings on the floor when you walk in.

The prices are very reasonable. You can access your belongings anytime. The personnel are helpful and they have several storage units to choose from. I was very satisfied. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

I have been renting from the Extra Closet for over 2 years and have nothing but great things to say about the staff and the units I have rented from them. The staff has always been very nice and helpful and the units are very clean. I recently switched to a larger unit in their new building which is wonderful. The units in the building are private metal units, climate controlled and immaculately maintained.

My husband and I have rented from other storage facilities and the Extra Closet units are by far the nicest we have ever used. I would recommend them to my family and friends.

I have been here for 3 years and I refuse to leave because of how friendly and amazing the service you get when you come here. They're very officiants and friendly! I have found myself stopping by just to have chat because they are so friendly and welcoming! I definitely Recommend them to anyone this has been a huge relief for me knowing i can store my stuff and not have to worry about anything! Thanks extra clset for all you do! You guys rock!

Be warned. The website Google links you to is not accurate in the slightest! I reserved a unit on the website, but when we called the place to finalize the rental, they have no knowledge of a reservation and didn't even have units available in the size we were looking at. Additionally, the prices and fees are completely different. The Company itself may be great, because it does have nice reviews. I'm just reviewing the website and it's lack of reliability.

Trying to arrange a house move while 500 miles away from home was challenging to say the least.but the team at The Extra Closet made arranging storage of our belongings super easy. Valerie in the office, was great to deal with, she offered opinions, explanations and advice, and most importantly helped solve my storage issues! We have received truly excellent customer service every time we spoke to her and her colleague Austin. I look forward to working with the team at The Extra Closet for a long time to come.

The Extra Closet is a GREAT storage facility. They have plenty of reasonably priced secure storage units, including climate controlled units. The staff is friendly and helpful. I stored furniture and other personal items there for years, until I got a house with a large attic. I highly recommend them!
