Out O Space Storage

I found John when I first moved down here. Felt taken care of from the beginning and throughout the years I spent here. The only reason I am not still there is because of a move. But due to the stellar service and experience I had here, I opened up two units at the Cantonment location. Attentive, accommodating, above and beyond customer service.

Highly recommended! John was a lifesaver.totally above and beyond. In a world where everything is email and recorded messages it was refreshing to have my UHaul reserved and ready. Moving is stressful enough, I'm sure glad I chose Out O Space. It's also right off 9th ave. where Fairfield has exits to the Interstate and a gas station on the same block.

I am absolutely disgusted with the way my wife and I were treated at this business and if I could give no stars at all I would. I'm a SGT/E5 in the Army, been in for almost 5 years. I was doing a move from Fort Campbell KY, to bring my wife and 4 kids back home to Pensacola, FL while I do a one year unaccompanied tour in South Korea. Upon arriving the gate was open to pull in, I had a 20 ft truck and a 5x8 trailer attached & the parking spaces upfront were not super large so I assumed I was to drive through the gate and park.

So I did so, after doing that a gentlemen name "Avery" (spelling?) proceeded to ask me "what are you doing?". Then told me immediately in a very RUDE and condescending tone that I need to take my truck and trailer somewhere else because they were at full capacity despite that being my designated drop off location. I followed him inside to quietly, because after his attitude and customer service I was already highly taken aback and upset.

Then I stood outside the desk waiting for more instructions. My wife driving our van arrive slightly later, and apparently they weren't supposed to be open because they were on lunch so the keys were in the front door. My wife was standing outside the door and the gentleman Avery didn't seem to care, so I let my wife in. He then tells me "wow man, you have a really weird way of doing things" and says "if you have a problem you can take it up with Uhaul because we aren't Uhaul". Excuse me!?

It wasn't Uhaul that was the issue, it was his terrible demeanor. This is piss poor customer service, totally uncalled for, and I would be ashamed to have anyone like that who treats service members in that way working at my establishment. Totally disappointed & disgusted! I'll be contacting the BBB, Uhaul, and anywhere else I can leave a review after this as well. Don't do business here!

Jon was not only efficient, but very helpful! I use this place for storage and truck rentals and recommend it to anyone. Thanks again, Jon.

The cleanliness and general state of repair of the entire complex is remarkable each time I access my unit. Manager Jon Monteleone is so professional, patient, and helpful whenever I ask for assistance. I've rented other storage units over the years and this is by far the very best! I was one of those people who said, "I'll never have a storage unit!" Well, after our son moved in with his family our home just couldn't handle it and was busting at the seams. I was nervous about locating a unit. It was very simple to do with Out O' Space Storage, thankfully. Upon arrival John was a pleasure and gave me peace of mind.

I use multiple storage facilities in the Southeast this one is super clean fully asphalt in between the units office manager John at this location was more than helpful half even gonna stay late for me the first day whenever I move some equipment in to make sure I got in safely put a fresh bulb in my unit like so they offer Trailer Storage as well at this location has 24 hour gate access 24 hour surveillance two thumbs up to the site really great service

Have no idea where to start! Treated like family plain and simple, John @ out o space is incredibly Professional and polite. If you need a SAFE and RELIABLE place to store your belongings. This is the place to do it ask for John

Absolutely fantastic business. Jon is extremely nice and helpful. The customer service is A+. The grounds themselves are clean, safe, and well maintained. They have very fair and upfront pricing and business practices. I highly recommend!

This place is absolutely incredible. Literally one of the best experiences I've ever had with any business ever. John is amazing. They have bent over backwards and gone out of their way on multiple occasions to work with me. In a very hard time in my life they are an absolute blessing. My stuff is safe and that's one less thing I have to worry about. There's not enough stars in the world to give this place. Definitely recommend them for all your moving and storage needs.

I received accommodations above and beyond my expectancy. She explained and showed me the space available and made perfect recommendations.
