Old Milltown Storage

Hands down the BEST customer service I have ever experienced at any Uhaul center! I probably changed my order 3 or 4 times throughout the week and every time I called they patiently helped me. I even needed to buy a new trailer hitch and they installed the ball and hitch on my truck for me. I highly recommend using them the next time you move. Even if you live closer to another Uhaul center it is worth the drive to go to this location! Moving is always stressful, but they helped lessen the burden by providing incredible customer care.

We had our tow hitch installed today. Mr. James and his wife are very kind and reliable, they have the best customer service and reasonably priced. My hitch was installed in 30mins. I will only go to Old Milltown Storage and U-Haul rental for my hitch needs. Overall experience was great, and the place is very clean!

These folks are fantastic. And the price for propane is the lowest I have seen in the area. I highly recommend them for their storage facility, their U Haul rental service and of course for their propane prices. Go getcha some.

Their customer service is beyond pleasant and fair, and they truly seek to do right. I appreciated their service today as I was getting a hitch installed on my 2017 Chevy Colorado. Their prices and service could not be beat anywhere in the Pensacola area. I highly recommend them.

James and Dottie are fine people, they do business the old fashioned way, treating others as they would like to be treated, good, honest, salt of the earth folks. I highly recommend them, and am thankful for the above and beyond service! I'd give em a 10 if it was possible!

Worst place EVER. The help was rude and I will be fighting with corporate until I am done fairly. Please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for anything this place has to offer. My only wish is that I could rate them with LESS than a one star rating because they don't deserve that. Penske you just got a new customer

These people are great. I go to them for my propane, even though it is a long drive and I pass plenty of other propane places. they are fast and friendly, and only charge for the propane you use. very trustworthy.
