I had been searching for a storage facility for weeks, visiting 3 or 4 a day until I was able to find So Cal Self Storage In Pasadena. It's prices are reasonable, the units are safe, lighted, convenient and accessible. Mike is the gentleman who helped us there and he is truly a star! He went above and beyond to address all of our questions and made our move stress free and so much easier. We couldn't have done it without him. You're the best, Mike! Thank you!

AAA+ Storage facility! Super clean, climate controlled storage units; very secure facility. A manager is on duty at all times when the facility is open. They have a 15-ft box truck they will loan you at no cost when you move into a unit. you only have to pay for gas. Muriel was amazingly accommodating and helpful. Highly recommend! Very secure storage facility. Brad was very helpful when we went to choose a unit. He showed us all the options and offered very helpful advice, which we followed 100%. Be aware that insurance is required and not included in the advertised rates. This is an unusual requirement (usually optional), so I think the additional $12/month minimum should not be revealed after the customer has chosen a unit and agreed to a particular rate.

Maybe include that cost in the posted rates and then break it down for the customer after they hear the total cost per month. That would avoid an unpleasant surprise and make the insurance feel much less like a sneaky extra charge. The sign-up experience was excellent except for the last-minute secret extra charge reveal.

This was my first time renting a storage unit and I couldn't feel more reassured and grateful to be doing business with SoCal self storage in Pasadena. Nick and Muriel made me feel welcome, answered all of my questions, and had a personal touch. I was sad to learn that Nick is moving and won't be with the company anymore, but I trust that whoever replaces him will be friendly and good at their job as well, because you can tell the moment you walk in that SoCal is a people oriented business that cares. This is an awesome place. We were greeted by a lovely women made our day. She gave us her undivided attention. The storage unit was perfect for our things. The plus to this is that we are from Hawai'i and we needed somewhere to store our things for a while until our home is ready to move in. I love that this storage place had street names to the storage areas so this made so much easier to find the locker space. Happy customer.

Nick and Muriel are such great and kind people and I feel really good about having my stuff stored with them. My process from inquiry to moving all my items in the storage unit was short and seamless. They were extremely informative, helped me with all my questions and I was settled in pretty quickly. Would definitely recommend them as a storage option if you're looking for one! And you also get access to a moving truck upon renting a unit with them, so def an added bonus and one less item to think about when you're storing your items away~

After visited 2 other nearby storage facilities, none of them make me satisfied until I found SoCal Self Storage. I run a small business so I need some storage space. Manager Muriel guided me to see a couple units so I know the size need. Their units are clean and neat. I want to mention they also have security system that other storages do not have.

Plus they let you borrow their truck if you are a customer. Their office offer tea and water. Muriel will ask every customer if they want something to drink. Super friendly. Once I am done with my tour I know this is it. Signing contract was super easy with Muriel. On my move-in day, Nick helped me set up and answered me some questions. I am really satisfied with SoCal and I feel lucky that I found them.

The best customer service I've experienced at a self storage, and I have a few in all different states. Muriel the manager and her absolutely wonderful staff are the most helpful and amazing people! The facility is clean and well maintained. I would recommend this storage over all others in the Pasadena area!

Spoke with Nick on the phone, and he was more interested in helping me out than upselling me on their service. He was helpful and candid and patient during a walkthrough of their very clean facilities. Muriel was there on moving day and was also very friendly and helpful. Padded elevators, plenty of carts, very clean facility, and the prices weren't bad relative to other places (cheaper than some). Very happy so far with the service and interactions with the staff and facility.

This storage business is a must. Muriel, the front desk receptionist was contagiously so sweet and friendly and helped me with all the necessary paperwork for moving into one of their units. During the over a year stay with them, I was always readily able to access my storage unit with ease. The unit was a smaller unit but the perfect size for my things.

Also note that there were a few times I was past due for my unit due to the pandemic and being laid off that Muriel forgave my late fees more than once. Muriel understood me would be an understatement to the kindness she has shown during my time with their business. If you want a clean, caring and professional storage business, So Cal Storage is it. We had a good experience here. We needed a place to hold some of our stuff while we were in between homes and this was more affordable, had a free moving truck to use, and they also had free flat bed carts to use at the facility. When we vacated, we needed help finding homes for the few things we couldn't take with us and the manager, Eileen, helped us in our last month there to find homes for our left behind items.

She truly went above and beyond to help us out since we were out of state at that time. We really appreciated her efforts and would definitely recommend this storage facility to our family and friends.

I just got a new unit here for work and the place is so clean and organized. Nick was an absolute delight when setting up my service, and is a great representation of the brand and overall experience. The parking lot makes it easy to access your unit and as an added bonus there's an alarm attached to your unit, so it's additional safety for your belongings.

Wonderful experience from reserving the unit to completing the paperwork. Muriel (manager) is very welcoming along with the other staff. The unit is very clean, secure with easy access to the units. Plenty of parking, clean restroom (if needed) and free bottled water for clients. They have moving boxes and free use of a pickup truck. They go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. And the prices are very competitive. Highly recommend!

Top-of-the-line storage facility in Camarillo. Wide entrance gate and driving lanes allow for easy entrance and exits. Beautiful landscaping. Modern interior, excellent indoor lighting, large and well designed units make storage work easy. Excellent hours, very friendly and helpful staff, and lobby full of storage boxes, tape, and related supplies at decent prices.

This is the cleanest self-storage place I've ever been to. There is a manager on-site who can answer questions. It's safe, professional and good pricing. I am quite pleased, anyway, I thought you might like to know. It's hard to find a class-act in this sector. SoCal self-storage in Camarillo makes the grade.

When I needed to downsize last summer, I found So Cal Self Storage right in the middle of town, competitively priced and they even had a big truck I could borrow for the move-in. Quite a different experience from when I rented a storage unit in Oxnard back in the late 1990's. It had cost almost the same, even back then - plus, I couldn't pay by credit card over the phone (I was on the road and had to mail my checks in.) The place was creaky and scary, sort of a fire trap, with no visible security.

It was really depressing! This place is totally different than that - a "pro" operation. You can tell that they take storage seriously. The site is immaculate and well-protected. I feel welcome to drop by the office whenever I'm at my unit. There is usually hot fresh coffee available, and cold bottled water. The manager, Eileen, and the staff are friendly and efficient.

The office is kind of luxe - but there are also quirky little figurines and brochures on local activities. I feel like I didn't just rent a unit - I found a little nugget of community. I have referred several friends here in the past year.
