Trying to get ahold of someone if there's a problem with an order is very difficult.

They will string along temporary hires. I do not advise accepting employment here. Temporary or otherwise. They will keep you from access to their healthcare benefits by stringing along temporary hires, and then when you get sick, they will have the audacity to ask for a doctor's note. Uninsured doctor's visits are not cheap. And they won't honor the note they had you pay out of pocket for. They WILL let you go during your written time off. Take it from me.

If I could give zero stars I would, where do I begin? I started working here in March through a staffing agency, and got hired on a few days after my 3 months due to my work ethics, workplace skills and quick learning capabilities. I began a position in running a department by myself in which was originally ran by multiple people, and when asked for a higher pay rate for a position in which I'm taking on multiple people's places and duties they refused.

Keep in note as well, that they do not offer any vacation time to anyone that has not been there for 10 YEARS, so you have to work here for 10 YEARS just to be able to have a vacation. Also, once I got hired on I though I would have sick time, but no, I did not get any sick time until my 6th month working here. No holiday pay as well, so Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.

This is just the tip of the iceberg. I kept working and kept excelling in my position, throughout this pandemic I have now lost an Aunt who was very close to me and a lifelong neighbor I grew up with since I was born. When my Aunt passed, it broke my heart. When I went to HR to tell them about it I asked about bereavement pay for that day I had to attend the funeral and the lady (Desiree i believe her name is) said that they don't cover that because she's not a "direct family member." Not once did she say my condolences or show any sympathy just that they couldn't cover it with a blank face.

I understand a business is a business but the people running the place should act like human beings and not treat their employees as if what they are going through does not matter. The worst has yet to come. It took this company months and months after the pandemic to even obtain hand sanitizer for us to be able to sanitize with, the maintenance guy would leave the soap cartridges empty in the bathrooms as well sometimes because he said we would "use too much soap." As if the workplace conditions couldn't get any worse, within the time span of 30 days, well over 10 people got COVID-19 and that's including even upper management, at one point none of the supervisors on the shop floor were there, and I was one of the hand full of people that were left.

At this time they did not inform us of this, they did not encourage us to go get tested, they showed no concern for our safety until AFTER this situation happened in November-December 2020 and THEN they decided to get a survey before you enter, to mandate glove use, etc. In the midst of this, when I asked if I would be compensated for the time I have to go get my test they refused that as well, saying that it's something I should just do on my own time, in my opinion that in itself shows the true colors of this company, especially when you are constantly around older family members who have underlying conditions like in my case.

Due to these circumstances I felt it necessary to respectfully put in my 2 weeks notice, which I did in a very respectful manner. This same day, HR department called me in to the office, and told me that it would be my last day, even though I should have had 2 more weeks to get the area I worked at ready for the next employee. When I asked "Why?" they simply replied with a blank face "Because we have the right" For somebody who has worked their butt off day in and day out for a company that under payed them, gave no vacation time, and treated them poorly this is an excessive and unnecessary slap in the face.

So i asked again, why and who came to that decision, they would not answer only saying "We have the right to let you go today so we will be getting all company property that you have." This is a terrible place to work, multiple unsafe working conditions not just with the pandemic but with procedures in general, and very demanding for little to no recognition of your work, very hard to get a significant pay rate, treats their employees very poorly, do yourself a favor and save yourself the trouble of working for people like thi

I bought one of their large tanks. The engineering drawings were wrong, their follow up to fix the problems was very bad. We still have a warranty issue they say they will take care of. It has been months of excuses why they have not sent a crew to fix the warranty issues. My next tank will not come from Superior Tank.
