Great place to store your belongings! I was in a rut and needed a small climate controlled storage locker and I stopped at everybody location near by and wasn't satisfied. Great experience super friendly staff made it really easy for me to move in, didn't try to oversell me. Super clean Facility. We service the communities of Cave Creek, Desert Hills, Carefree, Tramonto, Sonoran Foothills, Norterra, Dove Valley Ranch, New River and Anthem.
Had a unit here fora few years now and the staff is very kind. They even cranked the gate open for me when the power randomly went out for the whole area. Good clean units for reasonable prices. I rented my unit for a year and a half and never had any issues. Max was willing to work with me when it came to pricing.

My husband and I rented a space from this company yesterday. Very friendly staff and personable. Down home feel. Very clean and easily accessible. We would definitely recommend this storage facility to everyone. My husband and I needed to up-size the storage unit we rented a few years ago. We were able to find the perfect size we needed. If you need storage then look no further! I have used storage units in 3 different states and when I tell you that the customer service Wyatt offers is the BEST, I mean it is the BEST! Reasonable price, alarms on each unit, and insurance is included in your monthly fee! So thankful I stopped here for storage, definitely feeling good about my choice!

Wyatt was an amazing help to getting a storage unit, made everything seems easy and quick. The conversation with Wyatt was also amazing. He made sure to let us know of all the ins and outs of renting through this location. Once Wyatt showed us the storage unit and how to access it. Everything flowed easily from there. Me and my wife are so last minute people but Wyatt made sure to help as much as possible.

There are storage facilities everywhere, but this is the best. They have alarms on doors, cameras of every approach and angle- and staff on site. They are extremely helpful and will do everything possible to work with you. Obviously there are rules- but in general they will accommodate most requests provided they don't impose on others or create a safety issue.
I have used other places before- but this one is the cleanest, best maintained, has the friendliest staff, and has just about every conceivable size unit including some that are climate controlled. Its a great place and I highly recommend it. Wyatt the manager and the entire staff are outstanding.

I have been renting a storage for a couple of years now and never have I ever had a problem with them, the staff is very polite and they help you to get the best storage and price, I don't have any photos to show but they keep the premises very well cleaned, If your looking for a storage facility, I strongly recommend this one

I was relocating from out of state to Arizona for a new beginning and in need of a storage unit to keep my stuff safe. My family member went to seek a facility for me and found this great looking/ clean facility as he drove by. I got on internet and started my search when I found my desired unit with great price. I reserved the unit and received a phone call back from Wyatt who went over my request. Wyatt is friendly/ professional/ punctual/ and shows the above and beyond experience I expect from any place of business period!

No doubt a five star for this location. Going on 3 years and love the easy access in and out. I keep my extra vehicle stored here along with extras and seasonal home decorations. Can't beat the prices and helpful staff, especially dealing with Wyatt. He will make sure to find the perfect storage size for your needs.

When I called, the phone was answered professionally and with a very friendly attitude. Chandra answered my questions and informed me when I could come see the units. Informed me of the hours the office was open, what time the gate hours are. Definitely would reccomend this place based on their customer service. Also I have never rented a storage unit before, but with her professionalism and patience I would 100% recommend.

Came here after being disappointed at Extra Storage down the street. I had pre booked a 5 x 10 with Extra Storage off Elliot and Price. The price advertised seemed really good. Went there to signup and couldn't find a parking spot. So I tailgated into the locked area, bad idea. After not finding a spot inside the locked area, I tried to get out.
I was unable to get out, intercom didn't work.called no one picked up. Eventually I got out of car and had to walk to the office to be let out. Annoyed. Anyway that location too close to 101 and very loud. Also no parking and aisle were very narrow. On to the place I decided to sign for. Manager onsite. He was very friendly and thorough. He showed me the 5 x 10 that i was interested in and I was able to sogn up in less than 20 minutes.
Price was definitely higher here than Extra Storage but cheaper for first three month. I paid 45 a month and then will jump to 60 after 3 months. Hopefully, all my remodeling will be done in 3 months and I can cancel.

We were very very happy when we stopped here and met the managers they were outstanding to help us in all of our storage needs they even gave us a cold bottle of water to help us when we were unloading our stuff into her unit to have something to drink. This place is very clean highly recommend this storage
