This place is so unprofessional the sign says open but door is locked and when I called the number no one answers I tried again next day and I had to knock on the on site resident door finally got a answer once in the lobby lady was feeding her dog French fries then her dog came around the desk peed by my foot, got my unit now a few weeks go by I been calling all day to pay my bill and again no answer oh and the gate to go in doesn't always work. I dont recommend this place

The managers on the property were very helpful from the start. I needed last minute storage before I could move into the house that I was buying. They were able to accommodate my every need and even called me with updates. There were times I was even greeted with a hello. This place was awesome to use and I will use in the future. I felt all my stuff was safe every minute. They went above and beyond my expectations and helped out when needed. Thank you all!

We have storage at this location and it advertises that their location has Air Conditioned storage units but they don't. Their idea of A/C storage units is opening the exit and the walkways of the storage area. I would verify that the A/C in the storage units work before actually renting from this location and putting your electronic devices at risk.

The overseers of the establishment Will call you back, the facility is neat and clean, pricing is excellent.

Good communication, clean facility, and will return in the future if my needs change, had absolutely no issues.

The lady that works there is amazing she's really helpful and very nice and very thorough must love her job

Team Kammi and Greg, both highly professional and solution focused. so effective at resolving issues and direct communication, in the traditional business manner of high standards and reputable accountability that is sorely lacking these days. Upon meeting, felt comfortable and respected as a client. They will go the extra mile to explain. Insurance is an important part of understanding rental protection as things may happen beyond anyone's control.

It is wise to glean info offered, the upfront resources and education they offer to you, is to protect your belongings. Amazing resources to have at your disposal. Yes, at Cactus, they take the time to make clients aware of pro active measures. There is a lot more to know these days about storage.

Give me great sadness to say but was there for two and a half years finally accessed my items roof leak very sad water ruined my wife and my queen size bed and are beautiful line cabinets black mold appeared on our mattress discard line cabinet and mattresses. Notified management directly on site with horrific finding unfortunately for us they did not fix it properly and did not provide any relief except one month free storage which we were great for except $3,500 worth of damage.

After storage new about the water I was told it was fixed to find out it was not fixed properly still water damage you could literally see outside from inside and not just a small place several all in the front at the joist seem, third time no luck a month after the report of our water damage/leak the day I moved it out it was still not repaired very nice people as far as on-site management as far as resolution no good I feel sorry for everybody else that went through this ordeal cuz I'm sure there's several others welcome to mini storage life and times

To keep the place clean haven't had any issues nothing to complain about.

I was manager for 21 years in storage i had several ones in phoenix and Glendale cactus storage is clean this is first time I've had to have a unit for myself good job cactus storage 100%

This place closes early. My husband got lock in and no one was there he had to wait for someone to come around no one was in the office no one that went around and said they were closing. But there are really nice people.

Now this is the best cleanest and friendly storage. That i know the people that mang it and thats there is the tops very good people and well help out what ever thay can the outside is small but.kept up very nice the units are clean and reasonable i have been with them for about 3 years i think and not one single problem everyone this is the top storage if you want everything in a nut shell love it love the people very much been 100%loyle honest. And trusting good people best place. Thank you.

This was one of the best storage facilities I've been to. Amazing customer service and the storage is clean! I will use this place in the future if ever needed again.

I have had a 10 x 20, drive up unit for 2 years. I do home staging and need space for furniture. My unit has a roll up door on each end. Makes it very easy to access stuff! Decent monthly rates. Save money by getting your own insurance. Friendly staff. The space is kept clean. They often pass out free bottled water and cookies . Great location!
