My husband and I ate frequent movers and just had moved there months ago and never in our 6 years of moving which we moved the same stuff everywhere paid $1800. Terry was suppose to get there at 10am but called and said 10am-10:30am but ended up coming at 11am.

I had a wonderful experience with Terry and Perfection moving. Despite scheduling near to my move date, he was able to accommodate. Day of the move he arrived with two young gentleman in tow and I was amazed at how quickly my hastily packed house was carefully packed - as if with ease. I could tell Terry is a professional of many years and appreciated the time he took to explain to me how to care for my items, or why they needed special care.
They continued to work late into the day, and even offered to come back to help another day, the near weekend day even, due to my unfinished state. Once it was over I felt like I had been hanging out with friends all day, which is important for someone you have handling your home. Everything was moved into place with care and nothing was damaged despite the high amount of pressed wood (cheap) items I own. When it came time to invoice everything was very reasonably priced to my surprise despite all the extra care taken. Thank you Terry! You saved the day!

Terry and his crew were actually nice guys. My husband and I ate frequent movers and just had moved there months ago and never in our 6 years of moving which we moved the same stuff everywhere paid $1800. Terry was suppose to get there at 10am but called and said 10am-10:30am but ended up coming at 11am. Terry and crew at first started off great but tended to slow down due to "organizing of furniture" on his truck mind you we move the same stuff all the time so not sure why it needed to much organization like playing Tetris.
In the afternoon Terry asked could I picked their lunch up which I didn't mind but didn't know I was getting stuck with the bill and was not asked. Finally at 5pm we headed to storage which was on the first floor down a small hallway. The two guys started unloading the truck while Terry "guided them". We paid for three movers which all the should be moving everything mind you the husband was helping them out the whole time.
The two guys was that was helping Terry even stated themselves that Terry won't let them move anything because he likes it a "specific way" which killed a lot of our time the whole day. We ended up getting finished at 9pm with a $1800 dollar bill. Let me state again we move the same stuff all the time and never surpassed 6 hours maximum but this was a 10 hour move.
We were unaware of some charges like the heavy lifting which we don't know exactly what was heavy because we broke everything down. They broke my bed down even more even though it was unnecessary because we just moved the bed in without taking all the legs off. He told me he didn't want to move my pictures because they were glass but ended up moving them but it was never started it would be a issue with glass.
After confronting him he took off his lunch which I never agreed to pay for. He told me he wrapped 30 piece which wasn't true. He wrapped 3 pieces to day bed, to piece to bed, 1 mattress, 5 pieces to the couch, and two chairs therefore why are we being charged for 30 pieces? They actually were more than two men and a truck which we've used before because even though they're high they move extremely fast.
Very disappointed because this is something we truly didn't have and was blindsided. This had to be I worse move and in in the last couple of years we've moved 5 times I design places this was the highest and less sufficient move. Very disappointed and from what everyone stated we were basically ripped off because he believed we have "money". 10 hour move for a two bedroom.
Response to reply: That's a lie everything was not shrink wrapped. 15 items at the most was shrink wrapped stop it. We were not seated of extra charges which you never stated when we booked you guys. It was disclosed and even your workers said y'all was moving slow. I'm 5 months pregnant so yeah I'm going to stay out the way in the car which you knew.
What an I suppose to do help you move to? Fishing through the garage? Everything was going so what were you fishing for? However, thank you this experience this was a lesson learned. Have a good one.

Received excellent service. The movers were on time, had all the proper equipment to safety and efficiently move all our belongings. The movers were polite and very professional. They handled all of our belongings with care and put very item in the proper room. The price was fair and they accepted cash app or Zelle

Terry and crew were able to assist me VERY last minute and I'm extremely grateful. He was able to provide me a quote over the phone and it was pretty accurate. The amount of time it took and the number of helpers was exactly as stated over the phone. Terry even wrapped some of our items that we did not wrap ourselves for a small and reasonable fee.
I did have some Heavy items and I understand the extra charges for those items. They worked hard until the job was completed. My only suggestion would be for the crew to get bright uniform shirts so they can be identifiable easier. They guys had a job over 30 minutes away from my location during rush hour traffic and were a little later than expected but it didn't stop us from getting all our stuff out before closing. Overall I understand how a small business works and I'm grateful for the last minute service, efficiency of the move and timeliness. Thank you guys!

Terry and his associate did a terrific job. The task was difficult--moving and setting up a very heavy piece of exercise equipment. They got it moved out of our garage, through the snow, opened and unpacked it, assembled it, got it up and running, and removed the old--also very heavy--equipment. They were on time, efficient, and left the equipment perfectly set up and ready to go.
They also left everything clean and removed debris. Terry's communication was excellent and he was 100% reliable. Worth every penny and then some. I will call Terry again should I have any moving needs.

The moving company lives up to its name. The owner Terry was experienced and conducted the move professionally. He had two men with him who followed his instructions to the letter and performed professionally when not in his presence. The owner is skilled and knowledgeable and informed me of flaws in the quality of furniture that would fall apart if moved.
He has 30 years of experience and it shows. He was respectful to me, my friend who helped me and to his workmen. I would recommend this moving company to anyone who wants a job well done. They are worth the price.

Terry saved the day! We were desperate to move my mother out on short notice and Terry and his group came in and quickly and efficiently moved her to her new place. They were extremely courteous and took amazing care of moving my mothers belongings when moving out and into her new place. He and his group are amazing I would highly recommend them and will be using them in the future for another move. :

This is the best moving company I've ever used. Not only did they got out of their way to help me, they also gave me a discount because I am on a fixed income. The owner personally came out to oversee the move and it was a smooth transition. They were fast and very professional. No problems what so ever. Best in Michigan!

This is the worst moving experience I have ever had. I called this company, and spoke with a gentleman who sounded very professional over the phone. I was told that I would get three movers, and was then asked if there were any large screen televisions that would be moved. My reply was yes, and I was told that there was a 25.00 charge for large screens, but the company would wave this cost.
On my moving day, only two men showed up (one being the "owner", which is the gentleman I spoke with over the phone). Upon entering my apartment, I was told that he would be not only charging me 25.00 for the big screen television, but I would also have to pay an additional 20.00 for a treadmill (which I was not told over the phone). I was offered shrink wrap for my furniture, and accepted for my mattresses only, as this was an extra 5.00 per item.
Without my permission, all three of my dressers were additionally wrapped. I was asked to buy lunch (burger king), which I did, and they took their time about eating. Once finally finished, the second mover took a 30 - 35 min dump in my bathroom (without my permission). There were several smoke breaks taken, and personal phone calls made, all on the clock.
I then walked out into the hallway and saw the "owner" kicking one of my boxes down the stairs (as I moved from the second floor of an apartment). When the movers moved my furniture into my new home, they put a hole in the wall of my NEW home, which they never told me about, and I didn't notice until they were gone. When I called to inform them of the mistake, I was told "Oh yea, I meant to tell you that we did that. I'll come back tomorrow and fix it." Two days passed and the "owner" never showed or called.
When my landlord saw this, I was told there would be a 50.00 charge to repair. When I called the moving company to inform them of this, I was cursed out, by the "owner", who then hung up the phone in my face. I made several attempts to make amends regarding this 50.00 fee, but each time I called, I got the same result. Cursed out, and hung up on, by the "owner".
I was originally quoted 280.00 over the phone, but by the end of the move I was out 465.00 plus 20.00 for burger king, and 7.00 for a pack of cigarettes (which I was asked to buy as well). I would NOT recommend this moving service to my worst enemy. If you are reading this, and are considering this company, DO NOT USE THEM! They are totally not professional, and very very under par.
