Our crew did a fantastic job from start to finish. We have used other movers and we usually end up with scratches in the walls and some of the furniture. Not with Andrews! The crew was respectful, polite and responsive. I would highly recommend them!

Our team leaders stayed with us throughout our 3 day 5 truck local move. Eric & Shawn we're great. For 3 months prior to our move, and even during, Angelo our Salesman responded to every call and potential concern throughout both business days and weekends. Even The Admin staff and Packers were great. In the end we lost one glass and I did that unpacking. Not sure anyone could ask for anything more.

This is my go-to moving company. They are impeccable. Always prompt, excellent communication, extremely polite movers who take great care with your stuff. They got the job done in a shorter time than they estimated it. I am always happy to call on Andrews moving.

The two gentleman that delivered our cabinets were so kind and professional! They called an hour before delivery and again when they were 10-15 min out. We knew exactly when to expect them and they were there at the exact time they told us! Very respectful with the care they used unloading, stacking and placing all 20 cabinets plus trim and etc in our garage. Placed exactly where we asked and offered suggestions. Both great guys!

Drivers unloaded and unpacked my treadmill outside on the concrete driveway. I didn't feel that they were very cautious with scratching items in the concrete, but I didn't see any scratches, so all ok with that. The truck left a big oil stain on my driveway. Very displeased about that. I didn't see the stain until after they had left, of course. My driveway is very clean concrete except for this new oil stain. I now have to wait until this recent snowfall clears to see if it will clean off. Next time they will park their truck on the street when they come to my house!

We ordered kitchen cabinets through a big box store and they were delivered by Andrews Moving and Storage Company. We got an email saying when they would be delivered with the option of having updates texted to us. We got a few texts to confirm our address and date and time of delivery. We also were asked to give details of the delivery site, how many steps, size of truck, information about any hazards they might encounter etc. in an easy online form which we filled out.

The Friday before a Monday delivery we got a phone call confirming the date and delivery time window. We were notified about 45 minutes before the delivery to be sure everything. was still ok. The delivery came on time, the three delivery people were very professional, courteous and efficient. They explained what to do if we found a problem with the delivered cabinets. All in all, very easy and stress free.

Andrews Moving was a wonderful choice to move and store belongings pending home purchase. Pete and Josh were incredibly fast and thorough. All staff was professional and helpful. Would use Andrews Moving again and highly recommend them.

The staff and moving crew from Andrews were fantastic. Everyone was very professional and the cost provided were very reasonable. Their quote was spot on. The moving crew handled all personal effects with care. I highly recommend this company.

These guys were hired by Lowes to deliver my cabinets. Hard to believe, two years into a global pandemic with omicron filling icu beds in our county, that someone would come into your home without masks on. But that's what both of these men did. Follow up: A call to Lowes prompted the woman to ask if I'd contacted the moving company directly. (I didn't think I needed to since I didn't hire them but, ok, I'll call your contractor) When I called Andrews to complain about their employees not wearing a mask in my house, the manager, Rob, told me since people can now get vaccinated to protect themselves, Andrews doesn't require their employees to mask.

The customer has to ask them to. My husband and I answered the door masked and you're telling me I have to say the words?! Seems to me that Andrews Moving is owned/managed by anti-maskers who (finally!) have a plausible excuse in the form of the vaccine to flaunt CDC and health department guidelines while conducting business. And since they're the only delivery company Lowes uses, they feel pretty comfortable showing disregard for public safety

Movers Ed and Nick were on time, respectful of the assisted living protocol, and went right to work packing an entire apartment. They paid attention to detail. (Re:packed a tv, then asked about a remote control), and, upon finishing, drew my attention to a ladies ring left on the floor. Very impressed with Andrew's and will recommend going forward

Before contacting Andrew's Moving and Storage in Collierville, TN, I was concerned about the work I needed getting done. I called and spoke to Tim Haynes, he reassured me they could do the work. When the team of Kevin, Steve, and Tony arrived, they immediately took on the task of moving two extremely heavy and oversized exercise equipment pieces through a narrow hallway and doors, down steep stairs and into the room we needed them in.

These three guys were amazing, hard working gentlemen who came to get the job done and that's exactly what they did. I was in awe as I watched them complete what I had asked them to come for. Top rated experience from initial contact, to quote, through job execution. Donala contacted me within 5 minutes of the online service request and was very pleasant and engaging. She scheduled a service quote for the following day. Angelo was friendly and professional and provided an on-site estimate. The whole process was completed within 15. minutes and he emailed the documents within an hour of the job/site inspection. Barry and his colleague who performed the moving services were timely, efficient, and very professional.

They completed the job without complications and no furniture or walls were damaged. The whole experience was excellent. I would highly recommend Andrews Moving Services. The prices were competitive, but their customer service puts them head and shoulders above the competition.

I had the team of Kevin Williams, Tony and Steven. They did an awesome job and made the experience fun and enjoyable. These guys were timely and efficient with amazing attitudes. Literally the best moving experience I've ever had

My new employer has a deal with Andrews so in order for them to cover my moving expenses, I had to use Andrews. They coordinated packing and moving the stuff in my 1 bedroom apartment located 3 hours away (they contracted out to Frisbee Moving in Michigan and Planes Moving in Ohio). My stuff was supposed to be delivered 11 days later. The afternoon before the move, I am told one of the two containers with my stuff is missing and they have no idea where it is.

Three days after my original delivery date, they found my stuff. However the earliest they can deliver is in 6 days, which is of course was the day I had do my on-site orientation for work. I asked for another day and I am told they will follow up with movers. I never get a call back (this was Friday). I call back again Monday and am told Thursday is my only option that week; otherwise, I will have to wait another week.

So I had to move my orientation. No one was willing to take responsibility for losing my stuff and were inflexible in rescheduling the delivery. They also charged my employer over $4000 for this whole process.

Andrews Moving & Storage did an OUTSTANDING job in handling my residential move in July 2021. The positive experience began up front with Angelo, the Residential Moving Coordinator, coming to my home and quoting the job. His professionalism and "can do" attitude impressed me right away. I felt that the quote was competitive with 3 other companies that I spoke to; however, Andrews seemed more responsive to my specific needs and more committed to quality!

The first phase of the relocation involved moving certain furniture items to Andrews' storage. It went very smoothly. I was impressed with the clean condition off the storage area and the movers willingness to carefully wrap each item. The second phase involved moving the remainder of my household items to the new location. The moving crew that handled this phase was outstanding!

In fact, they were the BEST that I have seen in over 8 lifetime relocations. They were friendly, highly professional, experienced and FAST! I was completely moved into my new location by 2:00 pm on move day. The new home presented several challenges in moving furniture in tight, inaccessible spaces. The movers were never concerned and handled each challenge with creativity and professionalism! Finally, I felt that the communications before and after the move with the office coordinator, Kaleigh, was excellent. She was knowledgeable and very responsive to my many questions! Scheduled a 2 day move with them and did a walk through and told we wouldn't need to take anything down.when the guys got there they had a child present working as well as a dog that they allowed to poop in my yard without picking up. The dog was also allowed to run loose in the cul de sac. They then insisted that they couldn't take a bookcase bc. it was too large despite previously providing them with the dimensions, I had to take it down myself while they mocked me.

They left my place an absolute nightmare with spare boxes, tons of tape everywhere and many many items that were supposed to be packed up left strewn about. or in drawers. I had also asked them not to go into a bathroom that I.

I highly recommend Andrews! The experience from the quote to the actual move was nothing but professional. They asked questions to make sure we had everything covered and were priced fairly.

They moved my parents this last week and were amazing. Everyone from the staff answering the first phone call to the movers on moving day was awesome. They were efficient, professional and wonderful to work with. Cannot say enough good things about our experience. High recommend for this great company.

Sam met with us and gave us an estimate. He specifically outlined all the charges, and said the price could go down. The movers were prompt, respectful and professional. Not once did they hit any of our walls. The cost was $500 less than quoted. We moved some carloads ahead of time, but it was a small price to pay to save that kind of money. I would recommend Andrews moving.

I would never recommend Andrews Moving, the men were rude and non compliant. They not only were unclear what they were to move. But how to move it. After explaining what they were to do and giving helpful direction and offering to get a dolly because they came unprepared with out any moving equipment. They proceeded to Dragging pieces across wood flooring. Impeding excessive amounts of damage. Nothing was ever resolved there claims department never responded nor took action on how there employee treated our property.
