They are THE BEST! I will always use them. I had a party and stored my garage stuff in a Mi- box, moved twice and used them. They came to my house picked up my stuff and took it away to a secure location and when I was ready they dropped it off at my new home! It's very convenient and the staff is AMAZING! I HIGHLY recommend this company

Great customer service. Went the extra mile to accommodate my need for a mibox asap. They arrived early and showed us how to open the unit. It took me a few tries but he remained patient. He parked it just how we wanted it and off he went. When they picked up the box they came right on time and worked quickly and quietly and was done in just a few minutes. Yes I would recommend them and would use them again any time.

I have used Mi-Box twice now and they make the moving process extremely easy! I can not say enough great things about this company. They gave me a damaged pod and while storing it at their warehouse mice got into my things. The movers stated that the warehouse had a rodent infestation. I had to throw away a matress, my couch as well as 50% of the boxes that were stored in the pod. The company refused to take responsibility for the issue stating that in the contract I signed it states they are not responsible for rodent damage.
But if they would have given me a pod that was not broken to begin with, the mice would not have been able to get into my things. The broken product, the lack of regard for rodents in the warehouse, and the absolute lack of a response to these issues is beyond acceptable.

Our Mi-Box experience was great! The box itself was in much better condition than our neighbor's "Pod" container AND the Mi-Box is less expensive. Our driver, Micah, did an awesome job. He was very polite and helpful. You could tell he legitimately cared about getting our stuff safely to our new home. He didn't run over the grass or back into anything which is always appreciated. Give this guy a raise! I would recommend this service to anyone! Mi-Box will certainly be my first choice in the future.
