Best moving company we've ever had! This was our 6th move and it went amazingly well. When we moved out of our home, a crew of 7 was on our front porch at 7am ready to go. They worked fast, treated our items well, and navigated multiple staircases being careful not to scratch or damage anything along the way. Flexibility was phenomenal which was important to us - we changed our plans just prior to our move date and Hassett quickly pivoted and worked with us like family as our plans evolved.

Our move-in was similarly excellent, crew was ready to go and had great energy. They moved fast and were helpful with unpacking and even furniture layout. Highly recommend, will definitely be a repeat customer.

5 STARS! This is my 3rd move with Hassett, BIG thank you to Todd and his team. As everyone is aware moving is VERY stressful and Todd made sure I was taken care of from start to finish. I appreciate that Todd came downtown (Chicago) to see my condo and discuss the upcoming move. He took the time to draw a plan for me and even suggested methods of packing that would insure my possessions went from point A to B without damage.

On moving day the crew that arrived were on time, friendly, prepared and ready to work. My entire move took less time and less money that I had planned and I couldn't be happier. When it comes time for me to "pack up" (pun intended) again, I will 100% be calling Hassett. Thank you!

I was referred to Hassett Commercial Moving & Storage by a friend to have things from storage in Long Beach, CA brought to Chicago. Every step of the way was smooth and handled professionally, and the price was very reasonable. I worked with Greg Taviani and he was great, despite my constant questions! They contracted the small company in CA to get my things from storage and deliver to their truck for cross-country transport, then 2 Hassett guys (Phil & Ty) delivered my things here in Chicago. I had 40 boxes, and they were in-and-out in less than 35 minutes, very organized. I highly recommend them.

I hired Hassett for a residential move and by far the best moving experience I've ever had. They were incredible the whole way through, managed very heavy and awkward furniture with care and despite the heat always had smiles on their faces. They were efficient, professional and affordable. I'll never use anyone else. Great people and a great company.

Terrible employees. Touched my vehicle when I was leaving for work. Punched someone that lives in my house in the face. I would never use their company. They're not even wearing a mask. The manager ken or whatever his name is no help. One of the guys pushed me. I'm gonna assume he's the "lead" cus he was the one driving the truck. TERRIBLE. He's the one who punched my boyfriend in the face.

Near perfect move at fair price, not an armature outfit by any means, very professional staff and handled a medium residential move great and a larger very complicated commercial move on time and smoothly with was essential. trusted them with my business hours and they made it happen. better than anyone we have ever used

Hassett handled the move from our office of 20 years today. They were nothing short of amazing! Every single person we worked with from the planning through the final installation was so knowledgeable, professional, patient and hard working! Our company relocated after being in the same location for over ten years. The move was delayed for various reasons and Hassett was extremely accommodating and flexible. The works were constantly on the go and well orchestrated. Thank you all for your help.

Since we brought this situation to the owner's attention he has reached out and addressed our concerns, ALL OUR CONCERNS. MISTAKES HAPPEN. The mark of a reputable business is learning and fixing mistakes. Greg did that! We are moving again in a year and Greg will be our guy! (Original review).a most disappointing experience! The owner, Greg is professional and obviously experienced.

His estimate was roughly $1300 for 8 hours, extremely competitive based on peer comparison. He did advise us that if his workers needed to pack and disassemble, the rate would be roughly $170 per hour thereafter. We packed, disassembled and awaited our movers in early May. Two of the 3-man crew looked capable and experienced. They were all polite.

The third was obviously ill or hung over and spent at least 25% of his time in our bathrooms or on his phone. They ALL moved like tortoises, as if looking for overtime. The net result was an 11 1/2 hour move that exceeded the estimate by over $700. We paid the bill and are hopefully wiser for the experience. If you are considering this company, our opinion is don't. They are capable of doing a good job but INSIST UPON A FIXED PRICE. If you don't they will ring you up good!

Very pleased with Hassett Commercial Moving & Storage. Marty Schiller, our main contact, was very professional and reasonable throughout all our communication, and was quick to respond to our questions via email. We were dealing with an odd moving situation (involving a PODS container that could not be parked in Chicago), and Hassett Moving really took care of everything at a very reasonable price. The crew (Joe, Eric, and Tommy) arrived on the day in a very timely manner, worked very fast, meticulously and systematically. I highly recommend this mover.

My wife and I just had Hassett move us from our townhouse near Wrigley Field to our new single family home in Wilmette. They were amazing! They were at my house right on time and were totally prepared for everything. They did all of the packing for us and my wife and I just sat back and watched. All of the movers were working consistently the entire time that they were at my house. They were amazing!

Hassett moved our office today. The move was simple; they said; the distance between offices was not too lengthy. But for a small growing company, it was overwhelming at times. This team of movers never flinched, did not stop or dawdle. They just kept going like energizer bunnies. Not only did they keep going, there was not a smudge to be seen. on our new paint job, not mark on our new carpet and they were always smiling.

I am just home from the move and tired, so all the names I tried to remember today, have slipped my brow, I wrote them down so I will remember for yelp and google plus, but OUTSTANDING! Thank You! Brightest Blessings!
