I have used B&B movers in the past so I knew I had to use them again! They are always so great Denard and Mike were amazing! So helpful and very nice gentlemen. They got my mom stuff moved pretty quickly and I will continue to use them every single time!

The guys went above and beyond all expectations and on short notice! Not only are the prices very reasonable in comparison (no hidden fees and very honest about deducting time for breaks, etc), but even with a long @$$ day of moving I think we had an enjoyable time doing it (moving sucks in general, so to have a fun crew to help makes all the difference).

So thankful and grateful to my move crew (Derek, Mike and Corey)! They were very courteous and polite and asked me about everything (where I wanted stuff, how I wanted it, etc). I have a 500 lb laser engraver that they weren't aware of and they. made. it. happen! I'm sorry about the fish tank water splash, Mike ! 100 percent would use again and recommend!

We used this family owned business for a local office move. This business has excellent hourly pricing WITHOUT all the add ons or gouging that the franchise movers typically institute. The gentlemen who came to move us were on time, professional, great attitude and very patient with one of the staff who is an engineer that wasn't very organized from the beginning. Would hire this company again over and over! Don't even bother getting other quotes, this one won't let you down!

Hired B&B for hotel furniture move from JAX to Savannah, They were very professional in their work, they understand change in planning and work with us very smoothly with minimum charges, their sister company T&E movers also provided help, they were equally professional. I hired B&B because im a single father of an 11 year old moving out of a 3rd floor apartment. I rented a u-haul and moved 99% of the apartment out myself and only needed movers for a few larger items I did not feel comfortable moving myself do to weight and or size. Washer/dryer, weight bench, a few heavy boxes, and my 1 year old 65" Samsung q-led t.v. well the reason for this 1 star review is the T.v. which they cracked during the move.

I bought a large flat screen TV box from home depot and packaged it up to make sure it would be safe and one of the movers threw it over his shoulder and moved it himself. So I get to my house and open the box and the screen has two 2" cracks in the screen. I call B&B and they have me email them the picture to which I get no response. I call to find out how I go about filing a claim since I would like the $1,800 TV I purchased a year ago that they damaged fixed or replaced and they inform me because I packaged it they will not be filling a claim.

Basically I paid $250 for 1 hour of movers to break the 1 item I hired them to move safely because I did not feel comfortable throwing it over my shoulder and going down 3 flights of steps with it. The movers themselves were nice guys and things happen like this when you own moving business. My problem is if you break items of the people who hire you to stay in business and think it's ok to not take care of the damaged property and or refund the cost of the move you shouldn't be in business.

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Our other movers cancelled on us 24 hours before our office move and B & B Movers was able to get us moved one day later. They are friendly, fast, efficient and very affordable! I highly suggest them for your residential or commercial move. They had our office furniture loaded and unloaded in less than 4 hours! Incredible service.

Neverrrrrr a "fucking" gain! i originally booked with another company but their truck broke down the morning of my move. i was referred to this company by the company who could not make it. when i called originally i felt like i may run into a "peopleskills" issue, but after investigating reviews, i went ahead and called back to book and paid my deposit. the morning of.it was raining so originally we didn't know what time would be the original start time. exactly at 8:29am i called back the number that called me that morning and the gentleman said he was pulling in. i went downstairs to meet them and walk them upstairs so they can see their best route to the truck. i signed my paperwork at 840am and they started moving me at about 845am."even though the paperwork stated "830am". i let it go.i didn't make a big deal out of it. at about 1230 pm i noticed a change in service. i was being treated as if i was an inconvience to the company! i didn't say anything but i felt annoyed. 1pm rolled around and i still had 30 minutes left on my hour! "technically" 45 minutes. when i asked if the movers can work until 130pm since i paid for it.i was told ""they were late for another move and that they did not want to even move me in the first place"" so im like wowwwww.i haven't done anything to deserve such disrespect at all! i called the office and explained to the woman who answered the phone that the workers did not want to stay.they say they have to leave for the next job so can they cut the time in half for the last hour because i am being treated like i am an inconvience to them or i am not important even though i am dishing out $550. the bitch had a nerve to say."""we did you a favor by booking you last minute!""" i was in complete shock! i was never nasty to anyone at this company and paying my bill was never going to be a problem because i am a fulltime nurse and professor at a college! i was handled like i was dirt on the fucking ground! i will be sure to spread the word about this horrible company! never again! worst $600 i have ever in my life spent!

I was skeptical of the quality I would receive when I booked but I was tight for time and budget. B&B Movers were absolutely fantastic. They called ahead and arrived on time. They wrapped and moved my furniture as if it was their own. They went above and beyond to ensure no damage to my things. They were friendly but fast in their work. I would definitely use them again. Our move went so well. Derek, Corey and James were friendly and efficient. They did a great job. Arrived at the perfect time and competed the job quickly and without incident. They labeled every piece with the room it would belong to so there was no confusion. Thanks for the great experience!

I had them move several items which included some items going to the dump. There was a good recliner that got mixed into the things going to the dump, and they would not reimburse anything towards the chair getting replaced. Claimed to not have insurance for that, so consumer beware.

We used this company for unloading our truck to a storage unit and loved the movers so much we used them again when we finally moved into our house. Antwan and Maurice were quick, efficient and moved our belongings with care. We can't recommend them enough!

This moving company was great to work with. I managed a remote move for my son who lives locally and they were timely, efficient and flexible. They did everything they promised and have no hidden fees. I love that they were straight forward and helpful.

These guys are fantastic! Saban and Will moved my house from the Southside to Riverside area in the best way. They were cautious about my dining table that came down from my grandmother. I've never had such great customer service as I did at B&B. They were efficient and flexible with what I wanted. They were on time with my move and were able to get everything into the house in the time frame they started with.

I highly recommend these guys to move anything you need. I already recommended them to my parents who are moving from Jacksonville to Tallahassee. Saban is working with them to make sure the move is smooth and efficient. Thank you so much!

For $10/box the movers will throw everything within arms reach into a box. Trash, antiques, fragile items, they will unceremoniously toss it all into a box. Fortunately we didn't have them pack dishes because they didn't bring any paper.

Professional movers for a reasonable rate! They move my family from Jacksonville to myrtle and did a great job!

When I called to schedule my move from a 2nd floor apartment to a 3rd floor apartment in the same complex, I informed the company that I had large, heavy furniture to include a washer and dryer. From the time the two man crew arrived, James (young and lazy) immediately began to complain about how large my furniture was and how there was no way they could do the move in the time agreed to over the phone with them having to go up and down stairs.

After speaking with the owner, he agreed to a flat rate regardless of the time. James continued to complain to the owner about what he agreed to, not happy with the fact that he had to go up and down stairs.so much so that the owner came over to look at my furniture. Sharba (I'm sure it is misspelled), the owner, after walking thru my apartment then told me my furniture was too large!

If I tell you my furniture is large and heavy in the beginning and you agree to do the job, why would you waste my time scheduling the appointment then not do the job because my furniture is large and heavy? If you can't move large and heavy furniture, why are you in the moving business? Worst customer service ever and the laziest movers I have ever seen! Save yourself the headache and find another company to move you!

We recently moved from a two story townhouse to an apartment and were quoted by other companies upwards of $600 for the move across town. I decided to go weigh b&b movers due to the owner, Sam's friendly nature on they phone and the fact that they charge a flat rate fee, no extra or hidden charges, what you are quoted is what you pay. They did not charge an extra fee for the second story or anything.

They called and asked if they could come 30 minutes before the scheduled time, which was fine. They got right to work moving boxes and furniture and had the whole house in the truck in under an hour. They were just as fast unloading and reassembling and even fixed a dresser for us that had been damaged in a previous move! These guys went above and beyond and the woke move wad over and done in under three hours. HIGHLY recommend that you call B&B for any moving needs that you have!
