Andy, Ryan and Kemper were fantastic! They were very professional and courteous. They loaded our 2 story house and moved all our stuff to our new 2 story house in under 6 hours! I was quoted twice as much from another local moving company. Highly recommend First Coast Movers!

So I called First Coast Movers and talk to Melissa she is super sweet, very professional. I told her that we needed some help moving. She said not a problem I will have two guys there to help. Don and Kemper were right on time, friendly and polite, energetic and helpful with a can-do we'll get it done no worries attitude. They made moving as stress-free as could be. I hired these movers for a two day job, Don and Kemper. They were very professional and attentive to the stressful cross country move. They were very punctual both days and worked quickly. I was comfortable leaving them for a short time both days. Would definitely recommend, 10/10!

Don, Jason, and Kemper made the hard work of moving so much easier! They helped us move from our apartment and storage units three hours away to our new home without any problems. They arrived on time, made quick work of it, and were extremely kind, professional, and calming as they took care of the heavy work. Jason and Don were great, they were careful with my belongings while getting a lot done in a small amount of time. The pricing was extremely fair for the work that was done and they were flexible when my plans changed. I had First coast movers scheduled to move my 3 brm house. Don, Jason and Dylan showed up on time. That were courteous and treated my things with respect. All of my belongings arrived at my new location in the same condition as they left in. They were polite and asked me many times if there was anything else they could do to help me before leaving. I would highly recommend them and plan on using them in the future. Price was fair If you are looking to hire them then don't hesitate.

I scheduled my move with Melissa at First Coast Movers at the beginning of August. She was extremely professional and helpful with answering all of my questions regarding a truck unload. Prior to my move, she reached out to confirm my time and date. Since I was moving from out of state, I had to push back my original time but her and the moving crew were extremely flexible and understanding. Don and Jason showed up for my move and knocked it out quickly and carefully.

They were both very professional and polite. They unloaded the 22 foot truck in 2 hours and they both were very careful with my belongings. The cost was exactly what I was quoted and there were no surprises. First Coast Movers have an exceptional crew and I highly recommend them! If you're planning a move, call First Coast Movers.

I figured they could not be as bad as the reviews so I called and made an appointment. No show and no courtesy call, just left me hanging with excuses. They are as bad as reviews in my opinion.

If I could rate 0 stars I would! I used First Coast movers to move from one place to another and added a day of storage. After the move I noticed a crate of wine missing, 2 dining room chairs and a very nice blender gone. When I called to ask about the missing items I was told there was nothing they can do. No inventory was done, lazy movers! I caught one guy walking a pillow at a time in. I had to encourage him to move faster. Do not use these movers!

Extremely unreliable & unprofessional business. Had spoken and finalized First Coast Movers for a move from FL to GA, 3 months in advance. On the day of move, they don't show up and said they can come following day. Later they called and said driver is sick & finally chickened out. Had to arrange different company at last minute and spend additional money to have that last minute arrangement made.

My family with young kids went through few days of uncertainty due to movers. What bothered me was there was no sense of guilt or apology from this company and were very cool in saying I have to look elsewhere. I generally hesitate to give bad review that easily but I think this business deserves it.

My advice about this company is to stay far, far away. Halfway thru a recent move, a First Coast Mover worker cracked the edge of a step inside my home. I asked if they had insurance, etc. He immediately called owner and let me know they were not responsible for breakage. I called the owner and explained the situation. Owner refused to discuss, hung up on me then called his men to unload furniture and leave.

When I called back a few minutes later, owner refused to answer the phone. The repair to the step would have been less than $50.00. At least the worker who broke step apologized but owner did not have the character to act in a responsible, professional way. Beware!

Business owner acted illegally and unethically regarding my move contract. I delt directly with business owner Dane Raymond DelPezzo. He alluded that he would be able to do my move for $500 less than the final bill. He threatened to keep my property if I didn't pay. The contract and law clearly regulates that the Comany would follow process by recording a lien on my property upon dispute.

He threaten to essential steal my property. Secondly, the contract clearly stated that payment could be made with cash, money order, or certified check. Upon commencement, Dane (Raymond) agreed that he would take a personal check. After my property was loaded and notification by me to the owner of my discontent, he said he would only take cash or keep my property.

It was almost 5 PM on Friday with no way to get the cash. He agreed to take a credit card if I paid an extra 3.5 percent in credit card fees. I paid him so that he would unload my property. Find an ethical mover! Skip the heartache!
