Irish Express Moving & Storage Inc. has been in business since 1994 and was started by the current owner, John O'Donoghue. It is 'owner-operated' and John is involved in the day to day running of the company. The majority of our business is within the San Francisco Bay Area but we also offer Long-Distance Moving through-out the entire State of California.

Services
If you are planning to do the packing yourself, you should have everything packed and ready by the morning of the move. We can always provide a packer at short notice and packing supplies are always on our trucks for any last minute emergencies. If our movers will be using elevators during your move, please reserve the elevator beforehand.
3. Clothing can be left in dresser drawers, but please ensure that there are no breakable items in the drawers. 4. Two-drawer file cabinets can remain full but all lateral file cabinets should be emptied as should desk drawers. 5. Cushions, pillows, bedding etc should be packed in large boxes or heavy duty plastic bags.
We were introduced to Irish Express by our best friends who have used the company no less than 5 times in the last 3 years. So, I had seen their work at my friend's moves and though to give them a call for our move. Their quotes are reasonable true to the actual cost. John, Ailish and all the guys are pleasant and hardworking (plus, you gotta love those Irish accents!).

I could not be happier with the experience I had with John Irish Movers. He was so polite and very caring. He understood my needs and was very professional. His team of movers were so competent and were so careful in handling my property. I did not end up using this company because they were rude and would not come out to give an estimate. They had prejudged my job and seemed unwilling to take it. Who turns down work? It was not a large job, I'm sure that is why. They gave an extremely exaggerated guesstimate over the phone. I wanted them to see what was moving and get a better estimate. They wanted me to call them back after getting other estimates.poor customer service!

I'm a professional organizer and interior designer. I've used Irish Express several times. I've had such excellent experiences with them, they're now my go to for all project. John understand what customer service means and he hires people who are experienced. The movers have been professional, personable, careful, and fast. Love these guys!
