Valley Shed

Huge disappointment.we drove two hours to get to this place and talk to someone about a big job we want done. We need garages built for 6 cars and wanted to see the quality of the buildings and talk to someone who could help us decide. Hubby emailed several times w/o any response at all. He then called many times, w/o any callback. Finally someone emailed him back with business hours and a price list.

When we got there someone was already waiting outside, and two people were inside the office with the receptionist (?) who was helping them. We all stood around, waiting with no acknowledgement from the employee at all. The guy ahead of us decided to leave. We waited another half hour, and I finally wrote a note with our contact info on it, telling her we'd appreciate contact so we can start on our garage(s) project. Hubby went inside to leave the note with her and she never even looked up from what she was doing to take the note!

She never acknowledged him being there at ALL. VERY unprofessional and not who I want to trust this job to, especially since we are 2 hours away! I worked in the medical field for more than 40 years as a receptionist/office manager and would NEVER treat potential clients this way. We are now taking our business elsewhere.

Better quality than the ones from Home Depot. The gentleman I delt with wasnt pushing the sale on me.

Not for someone on a budget. They have everything you could want but prices are steep.

No one answers the phone. No customer service to speak of. Cannot order products.

I went to Valley Shed to purchase a large (14'x20') shed, because of the good reviews I read about this company. It was a huge mistake. First of all the shed was suppose to be completed within 5 weeks. I tried to stay in contact with Valley shed as soon as the 5 weeks had passed. My sales person did try to find out what was the delay but to no avail.

After 8 weeks had passed and still no info on when it would be delivered I told them that I wanted my down payment back and would take my business elsewhere. I was contacted by the delivery person and was told my shed would be delivered within a week. They apologized for the delay and I accepted their excuse. One of the windows Valley Shed entered on the shed design would not fit as a loft window so I went with the one that would.

The difference in price was $80 less than what I paid for the original window and I was told I would be refunded. 5 weeks later and numerous correspondence with VALLEY SHED I have still not received the $80 they owe me. I truly believe that the management of this company has purposely ripped me off. I will say that my sales person was always nice and the person who delivered the shed was also.

I went in a few times to get ideas, and details. They were always helpful, knowledgeable, and never pushy to close a sale. I ended up buying a shed, and carport, and would recommend then to anyone.

The selection is great. the service certainly very flexible considering that we need a revision Midstream in the project which I thought was going to be a problem but Greg handled it with decorum and I was very pleased with the outcome still need to get that final measurement in there but I know it'll be fine and I know that it'll be taken care of properly-highly recommended. I drive 20 miles ready to order a carport after speaking with Greg 3 times on the phone a big waste of time when I arrived. He informed me that they could not do the work. I never write reviews but I was not happy with the customer service. I expected them to be up front on the phone. Absolutely a waste of time. Hope you are told the truth before you waste your time.

High quality and timely work. Great staff and great products.
