This was an amazing place to store our belongings. It was very well maintained and Lisa was always available to assist! I love how you need to enter the code to get in and use code to exit opposite side of the property. I always felt safe and that my belong were secured! For being a climate controlled facility, prices are very reasonable and they offer great move-in specials! I find that the units here are much more easily accessible than at other storage facilities in town. Super clean place, as well.
So after losing 80% of our household belongings in our apartment, it was so nice to discover everything in my storage unit was safe. Sadly I am moving out of the area, but I would definately recommend this place to anyone in the Houma and even Lafourche areas. Wonderfully clean at all time. Convenient dumpster to discard unneeded boxes and small items.

I have been using this facility for the past 4 years, and the experience to date has been awesome! Clean, easy to access, and secure. My only *negative* is that the trolleys aren't the best, but for temporary use they are adequate. May I suggest a bank of shopping carts for smaller loads as an idea. even though I can see lazy and inconsiderate customers leaving them scattered all over the place.

When I had finally had it with my last storage unit space, I sent my trusty Yelp-tern out into the world to find us a place that was conveniently located to my house, within our budget of what we had already been spending, and clean. With Dependable Storage, we really got so much more than our low trifecta of expectations. 1 - Super easy to get to from Uptown. 2 - Incredibly clean.
This part of Dependable Storage probably had only been open a few months when we moved in, but it really is incredibly clean. No musty smells, no smells at all really! 3 - Access to 3+ carts at all times! I've never had an issue getting a cart. 4 - Hospital-size elevators (yes we might've used 3 carts on move-in day and they all fit!) 5 - Use of a moving truck the day of move-in.
Seriously a life and budget saver since it was in the middle of the summer. 6 - Not 1, not 2, not 3.okay okay 12 AIR CONDITIONING UNITS attached to our building. I am no sweaty betty leaving this place. Love me some AC. 7 - The friendliest staff. Branden is always around, and offers bottled water. 8 - Easy parking access to our space, and close to the elevators. We've never felt weird or unsafe coming to the unit. 9 - No problems whatsoever with other tenants or any creepy crawlers of any kind. ( I know that sounds weird, but check out my other storage unit review) 10 - This space was CHEAPER than my unit at another storage facility by a good bit and a much better deal in terms of all the above! We are incredibly happy with our new storage unit space, and totally recommend folks with a whole lot of crap to store it here!
