Storage Choice was an excellent choice for us. They were very professional and accommodating. The ability to rent a U-Haul there was a real plus for us. The unit was clean when we arrived and the temperature stayed consistent every time we visited to retrieve or drop something off. Having 24 hour access was great as was the security measures.

The manager that took over for the couple that was awesome, is a total Jack A. he acts like he owns the place, keeps the climate controlled units too hot and he will Assault you if he does not like the way you speak to him and he refuses to provide the owners information, instead will claim he owns the place, which is NOT True

This was the worse expexperience I've ever had with Uhaul! The truck had a hole in the roof which caused water to leak on my possessions. I returned the truck after hours, left my children's wet clothes in a box as evidence of the leakage with a note asking Storage Choice to call me on the following business day. They did not call me but charged me a cleaning fee!
I called Storage Choice and was directed to call Teresa then Teresa directed me to call Derrick Smith. Derrick Smith returned my call 3 days later telling me that he could not find the leak. I asked him to recheck it then he finally said that he discovered the leak. He only offered to refund me the $10 cleaning fee. Derrick gave me the President Dick Porter's number and he only offered to give me half off my rental stating that he has not reviewed my case but Derrick told me that Dick Porter and Derrick were discussing my situation for over 30 minutes. This is unacceptable!

I have had storage at a few places but this one by far has been the best. The people who run this storage are friendly and understanding. They always remind us a couple of days pior of our bill bring due in a friendly, non-threatening manner and i feel like our belongings our well taking care of at this facility. Thank you!
