Chattanooga Trailer & Rental

Exceptional service. We were headed back to Atlanta from TN and one of our tires flew off our camper while going down the highway. We called serval camper places who said they could not help us. I called CTR and they told me to bring it in but it could take a couple hours to get to it. I was just happy to have someone look at the damage. CTR fixed my camper up in no time.

The staff was friendly and the price was much more reasonable then I expected. Graham and Russell went above and beyond and were extremely knowledgeable. I am so thankful there are good people and businesses still around.

Had the team modify an old jet ski trailer for me to use as a kayak hauler. They extended the tongue for me and even painted it to match the trailer. They did quality work and gave a fair price.

I was new to trailering and got myself in a bind a few miles down the road from where I purchased a trailer from Company. Kevin took the time to come to my location and help educate me on my new trailer, help me out of the bind. I love the trailer and appreciate the "fatherly coaching" we all need at times. Your hitch is the pivot! Proper tie off points!

Excellent customer service. We were on the road in our 5th wheel RV and one of the trailer brakes went out in a really small Virginia town. I called ahead and spoke to Russell in Chattanooga and they had what we needed and could fit us in and put it on the following day when we arrived to town. Steve, originally from Lubbock, TX, vectored us in, jacked us up, and put on the new brake within 20 minutes!

The price was cheaper than we paid a mobile RV guy to just tell us what was wrong! Nice people, family owned, and went out of their way to get us back on the road within an hour. Many thanks guys!

Fast, friendly, and reasonable price. Any trailer work I can't do on my own I will let them do. 3 hr job completed and gone in 1.5 hrs. Very satisfied

The service department here is absolutely phenomenal! I had a problem with a trailer I bought at a different dealership. CTR was more than happy to help me out and worked with the manufacturer to make sure it was covered under warranty. It was a difficult problem to diagnose, but Russell and his team worked tirelessly to get it figured out and fixed.

I was a bit of a challenging customer, calling and asking about status more often that I should have. Russell was always patient, polite and professional and answered all of my questions. And as I was leaving, I had hooked the trailer up but forgot to put the jack all the way up. One of the owners chased me down in the parking lot and reminded me to put it up before I left.

This saved me extra time, money and embarrassment. I highly recommend CTR. If this is how they treat someone who purchased from a different dealership, I can't imagine how good service would be if you actually buy from them. They are just good people!

Good folks here. Had issue with my camp trailer drum having loosened up while on road trip. Jacked up trailer, removed wheel and drum and tightened up bearing nut. Took care of me immediately and no charge.

I recently purchased a trailer from these great folks and had them install a brake controller on my vehicle. They had my truck prepared and my trailer ready very quickly (I just stopped in to "look"). Every person at the store greeted me, was friendly, and was incredibly helpful. Great bunch of people. I purchased an enclosed trailer for my company and they were great to work with. Boss was so happy about the purchase he told me to get another. Daniel was great and they continue to help long after the sale was done. Definitely recommend these guys.

The products and customer service here is top notch. Daniel Adair helped us find a great enclosed trailer. Although we were looking at buying a bigger more expensive trailer after explaining to Daniel our needs he advised us on a smaller trailer that is of better quality. We are very happy with the trailer and the transaction. Highly recommend this place.
