Alex Kelii is amazing- he was very kind, helpful, honest and patient. The units were in excellent shape. I will definitely rent form Boulder Self Storage - in most part for the excellent care Alex offers.

Sheila is the manager here and is the sole reason I am leaving a one star review. She became impatient, rude and hostile when I tried to get my own insurance instead of paying the ridiculous $14 fee for their insurance. UPDATE: I was contacted by Greg the regional manager. He couldn't care less as he warmed up his lunch - just going through the niceties of receiving a complaint. He summed up Sheilas behavior to being "overworked". I took my business across the street to their competitor. Definitely made the right decision

These guys run a clean, well maintained and professionally managed storage facility. More importantly, they are very responsive and seem to genuinely care about their customers. It's been a real pleasure doing business with them. Alex the manager is top notch and has been very helpful and professional. Highly recommend!

I would absolutely recommend Boulder Self Storage to anyone looking to safely and securely store their belongings! I received phenomenal customer service from their team. I truly appreciate the help given from Melanie, Anthony and Alondra in the planning of my cross country move while living out of state. My husband and I had to move out of Boulder (sadly) to a few temporary locations in the US due to work, ultimately ending up in a permanent move to CA.

We left everything behind in storage, and neither my husband or myself could come back and move it out ourselves. I didn't have experience with planning such a complicated move, and needed all of the help I could get. The team at Boulder Self Storage didn't hesitate to help and went above and beyond any expectations I had. They were there for me every step of the way, including the day of my move.

They are understanding, friendly, helpful, compassionate, patient and offered great advice when needed. I can't thank them enough for eliminating some of the stress and worry during such a challenging time!

I was trying to reserve a 10*20 storage unit with you for 3 months I was told I had to wait and that there would be plenty of spaces available They even said they would call if they were going to be none left I am now being told the only units available are for the 20*20 and cost $423 I am extremely disappointed in this

This is by far the best storage place in Boulder. The service is amazing, the staff is super helpful and cordial. The units are very clean and the facilities well maintained. The free truck is a life saver and a money saver. I highly recommend this place.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Facility was very clean and easily accessible. I wanted a smaller unit and was told there's none left, but on move-in day, they made it happen! I am very pleased with the customer's service every step of the way from booking to move-in!

We were so happy with Boulder Self Storage - their front office team was fantastic. incredibly knowledgable, friendly and helpful! The space we leased for 3 years was clean, secure and and perfect. The company has all the supplies you might need on hand (truck for moving, boxes, packing materials, tape, secure locks, etc.). Thank goodness for Boulder Self Storage!

I can't say enough good things about these guys. I had some furniture shipped directly here but the timing got screwed up and I couldn't be there to receive it. The manager took care of everything for me without any hassle whatsoever. When we arrived a couple of weeks later to check on everything, it was in perfect order. This is great customer service! I recently moved some of my extemporaneous junk and extra tires into a unit here at the BSS, and I was surprised at how easy and painless the whole process was. They gave me a competitive rate and I moved in within ten minutes of calling them. My unit is very clean, locked on the inside of a building, behind a locked gate. Michael is incredibly friendly and helpful. After looking around at all the other storage places on Arapahoe, I'll never have to shop around again!

Clean, safe, climate-controlled storage. We needed a climate-controlled storage locker after moving to Boulder from Florida. After checking a few, we settled on Boulder Self Storage. The unit (and the facility in general) is very clean and serviceable. We had checked a Public Storage facility and were not impressed. We also bumped into a guy who had been renting a unit from Boulder Self Storage for a couple years.

He said he had been very pleased with BSS ever since experiencing rat damage at another facility down the road. The property manager was friendly, helpful, and personable. There is access 7 days a week, from 5 am to 10 pm. And I appreciate the convenience of being able to pay my bill online. I would have given BSS an even higher rating, but the storage is not cheap. I guess this goes with the territory, but I need more bang-for-the-buck if I'm going to give up that fifth star.

I had two different storage units at Boulder Self Storage I. They were very friendly and helpful throughout the process. The rates were affordable, and the very high ceilings allowed me to economize on space!
