I wanted a truck. None of them were ready. I was on time. They weren't even finished drinking their coffee. Let alone fueling.and getting the trucks prepared. several Dogs licking and pushing on you. A shedding cat to leave its trace on you. And just a perfect careless receptionist to give you the go around

A one star is too much for this place. I've never expirenced such a horrible service in my life. My dad and I took our power washer to be fixed. We left the power washer for 2 months cause supposedly the parts wouldn't arrive, anyhow we needed the power washer for a job. So we had to take it, the guys there took it apart. Well they charged us 75$ to assemble it back.
When I told the lady at the front that wasn't fair. Her response in a rude tone was "the guys need to get paid" well lady it's not our fault, and that shouldn't come out of our budget but yours. Everyone has a rude nasty character in this store even the owner himself. I don't recommend this place at all, best to be avoided.
