I LOVE ACE Relocation San Jose because Eric was very helpful with boxes and pre planning. Kelly and Will were in touch often to make sure everything was organized and last but not least, Enrique and his team provided the smoothest, most organized moving experience we have ever had. Care was put into the handling of all our items and they all went exactly where we needed them, greatly simplifying the unpacking process. A first rate experience from start to finish. Thank you!

We used Ace Relocation/Atlas Van Lines for our moved from Morgan Hill to Petaluma and they were extremely professional, hard working and helpful. On time at both ends of the move, pick up and delivery. Would recommend them with no hesitation.

We planned our interstate relocation months in advance and called Ace Relocation Services first. Eric was very professional and his estimate was spot on! Kelly communicated with us throughout the process. The drivers and packers showed up early and worked continuously, except for a lunch break, and did a great job. The truck arrived at our new home as scheduled. Again, they were a hard working and efficient crew.

My recommendation is to have everything you want to take with in your possession before the crew arrives. When they start packing, it can become hectic and the next thing you know, whatever you want is in a box and ready to go on the truck. I highly recommend Ace Relocation Services!

We had an amazing experience with Ace! Our lead, Daniel was friendly and fun. We couldn't believe how quickly they loaded the truck. Most of our belongings went into storage. They stopped at the house first and left what we needed there, then proceeded to our storage unit and unloaded the rest, while organizing the placement of our items to maximize space!

I can't say enough good things about this company. Professional movers are not inexpensive but it is worth every penny spent. My husband was forced to say "You were right honey, good call!"

I've moved with a professional residential moving company 6 times in the last 15 years, and I have also been a senior facilities professional for 25 years with large companies. It's no exaggeration to say I have worked with more than 50 crews over that time, residential and commercial. This was the best move I've ever experienced! The crew was awesome.

Very polite, kind, helpful and efficient. They did a terrific job with all of the packing, and the moving experience was incredibly smooth and well thought out. Never did I cringe with worry about my furniture or the walls! The 3rd party services were awesome too, everything from Piano moving to art crating and window treatments hung. Everything was so well done, and the whole crew was super nice. I don't think I'll ever call another moving company!

This is the fifth time posting here as management is removing all my posts. They are a dishonest company that does NOT pay back money for claims. When you dispute the amount with credit card company of the amount owed for damaged goods and are awarded in your favor Ace/Atlas send you to collections after never honoring their written agreement to reimburse for damages when insurance was paid. They never stop harassing the customer. PLEASE BEWARE!

Cross country move. Our fourth using professionals. No hiccups on the packing side, with good communication from both our move rep and the driver. Packers were courteous and thorough. On the unloading side, the driver was communicative and meticulous. It became apparent when we were unpacking boxes that the packers were aggressive in making sure every box was stuffed to the max.

Unfortunately we experienced more damage and missing items than we ever had in the past, which made my wife a little sad. However, the insurance claim process was straightforward, and their settlement offer was fair.

Thank you Eric, Kelly, Brian and team. I want to say thank you for the seamless move I had with Ace Relocation Systems. The easiest part of relocating from Los Angeles to the Nashville TN area was the ease, professionalism, communication, pick up and extremely timely delivery of all of my personal property with your teams. Brian and the teams where absolutely amazing to work with.

Everything from the pick up at my previous address to delivering my personal property was flawless. I had such peace of mind working with your teams and knowing that my pp was being handled, transported and delivered with so much care. Ace Relocations did a wonderful job in storage and delivery. Wish I had known you'd use a smaller truck as that would have saved me a lot of worry. As to any damages, a previously broken and fixed chair leg broke again, and 2 cement garden mushroom decorations had been decapitated. No big deal. I was a little disappointed that since ACE packaged mirrors and pictures, that you would not also unpack them, but overall 4 stars. DanP

We had a great experience with Ace relocation! We moved from MA to MN and the driver kept us informed along the way when he would be there. He really put in the extra effort to make us feel prioritized and that he was doing everything he could to get us our things as quickly as possible. He was even early on delivery day so he could scout out the area - I thought that was quite professional. The actual move in was very smooth and we had no damage to our belongings. I would absolutely hire them again.

I have been moved, professionally, over a dozen times. Without a doubt, this is the worst experience I've ever had with a mover. I would recommend avoiding them. It's difficult to pinpoint the precise issues, I think it's the accumulation of so many little issues, that when viewed in aggregate, made this the most unpleasant experience I've had.

Some specifics: 1. The sales person providing the quote, disappeared after I accepted it. While I had lots of questions, later in our relationship, he never returned a call. 2. We paid a premium to have about 10 items crated in wood crates--some quite valuable. These were so poorly constructed, all but two fell apart in the moving process. As a result, some glass tops shattered, other items were damaged.

I repeatedly complained and asked for a refund of those services, but never got one. At our destination, the movers said they had never seen such bad quality work. 3. Two of the crates I asked to be left unopened. I later opened them myself and saw items damaged. When I asked for it to be corrected, they said that was my responsibility. That they should have opened them for me.

Even though they knew the problems we had had with this individual, they took no responsibility, So now I have to bear the cost of replacing a glass top for about $700-800. 4. Our items were put in storage for close to a year. In that time, there was damage to many of the items. I had been told the carpets would be rolled and put in an insect proof/moth proof plastic covering.

That was not done. We had several carpets with moth damage. While it was very minor, it would not have happened if they had fulfilled their commitments. 5. 80% of the boxes had been crushed to varying degrees. While the damage was relatively minor, that careless handling is simply unprofessional. 6. In moving some of the furniture out of the house, they broke one piece carrying it downstairs.

They covered it up in the inventory by saying it was damaged, never indicating they caused the damage. At the time, unwisely, I decided to overlook it, I could get the repair done for about $100, so I thought is was just easier. But, little did I know the continued "little" problems that would arise. 7. Every move has some problems. But in hindsight, seeing the collection of little problems became very large.

With the exception of the crating problems, the cost of each little problem was minor, but collectively, in hindsight is a couple of thousand $'s. 8. There were a few people that seemed to care and did their best, in what I can only assume is a tough environment. Michelle, in customer service did the best job she possibly could. The team that moved us into the new house after having our stuff in storage for about a year was very good. 9 The biggest problems were the person doing the crating.

The team moving us out was sloppy, and careless. And I can't comment on the handling in storage, but given the condition of the boxes when finally delivered, the carpet damage, etc, I can only guess it was horrible. This experience is, by far, the worst I've ever had. There are far better quality companies to handle your relocations.

The two people who helped me were very professional. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was packed properly. I wish I could employ their services for the future as well.

From the very beginning of our business, I felt like this move from San Diego to Palm Desert was going to be without worry. Thanks to Will and Kelly, this move was a success. The movers were also very helpful and super quick. In fact, given the amount of stuff I had for only one person, I had my belongings both picked up and delivered on the same day, so I actually was able to move in early to my new complex. Ace Relocation Systems helped us move from a 1BR in Berkeley, CA to Burbank, CA and they were a great help. A friend recommended Atlas Vanlines (who Ace works with), and we got a quote from them and 2 other moving companies. One quoted us at $6,000 max, one at $2,300 subject to change based on # of boxes, and Ace quoted us at $2,800 max. We decided to go with Ace because of the guarantee to not exceed the quote and because we liked Walter so much, who came to give the estimate and worked with us to get all of the logistics set.

While we were moving from a small apartment, it was very full of heavy items like books, so we wanted to be certain that we wouldn't be charged extra on the day of the move. We decided on a pick up date and they came exactly when they said they would. We packed up everything ourselves and they moved it in under 2 hours. The movers were all very friendly and courteous.

They told us our stuff would arrive in 2-5 business days, so we were thrilled when they told us that they would drop off our stuff on Monday morning after picking it up on Friday afternoon. When they dropped off our furniture and boxes, they had us tick items off the inventory list to make sure that everything was there. We didn't have any problems with the apartments or inventory getting damaged. I would recommend Ace Relocation Systems to anyone looking for a dependable mover.

Ace was extremely helpful with our cross country move. Packing up the house, storage, and delivery all went smoothly. Will and Heather were always available to answer any questions that came up.

We needed to move from Half Moon Bay, CA to Atlanta, Ga. I interviewed five of the big national, best reviewed companies and our realtor also suggested we get a quote from Ace Relocation Systems. He knew of their services and I called them. They sent a representative out the next day to give us an estimate (the only one that actually came to our home to see just want needed to go).

The estimate was in line with the other big companies, not the lowest, nor the highest. We really liked the man who did the estimate and decided to contract with Ace that uses Atlas Van lines. In retrospect, it was a very good move on both ends - the ONLY complaint we have was with our "personal customer service representative" who was assigned to us to be our moving-coordinator. Dates had to be adjusted slightly and when you can not get a call back, a return email nor text -- something is not working correctly. Fortunately I was able to reach their local offices and made a plea for Someone in the know to contact me, and I did finally get my date-change resolved. To reiterate; the movers at both ends were superb. Quick and experienced. We love Georgia and are not sad to have said farewell to the Golden State!

I don't even want to give this moving company 1 star. We used this company to move from west coast to east coast. They didn't come pick up our stuff on the day they said they would so we had to change the moving day and also we didn't have our bed and furniture for 2 weeks. Don't use this company unless you are ok with sleeping on the air mattes for 2 weeks.

My move with Ace was overall a very positive experience. However, I did find the lack of communication frustrating before the pick up of my items for the move. I received the time movers would show up less than 12 hours before they did. Also, the customer service representative assigned to my account went out on vacation when the move was supposed to happen. Why assign a customer service representative to an account when you know they will be out of office during important parts of the move?

Ace Relocation Systems was amazing! They were able to step in last minute and make every part of the moving process from California to Tennessee easy. The driver who handled my load, along with his crews on both ends, took such care of my parent's antique furniture and numerous boxes of fragile glass items, they really put my fears to rest. I know it's difficult to make a move across the country and not expect any damage, but we were so fortunate that everything arrived intact and in the same good condition that had been packed up in.

I would definitely recommend Ace Relocation Services to any of my friends and family looking for a move like this- in fact, I already have! Thank you, Ace, for helping to take the stress out of my cross country move!

It has been a month since the move was done and we just unpacked the last of the boxes. Everything made it across the country with no damage. Truly amazed at how smoothly and easy this move was. The crews used for packing and unpacking were professional and quick! The driver who managed the whole move ensured everything was packed right and loaded on the truck for a safe journey.

We could not have asked for a better experience. My brother who used ACE 6 years ago for a similar move had a similarly great experience. If we ever have to move again, which I hope isn't for a long time, if ever, I will use ACE again.

Very strange experience. Impossible to book an estimate or move! I really liked their service last time we moved. Now I need to move again and thought to book Ace relocation. I requested an estimate on the website and was called back right away, only the calendar did not work at the time, they would message their supervisor and I would be called back.

I never received the call back, so I decided to call back 8 hour later. The same problem still exists, I was advised to try calling them every 30 minutes. Which is ridiculous. The next day I tried a couple more times. No one seemed to be able to do anything and it is also not possible to talk to the supervisor directly. Today I tried for one last time, telling them I will hire another company if they cannot help me.

The reaction was "We understand " Update after reply It seems very odd that you were not notified. Every call I made they said it is forwarded to a supervisor. Also it seemed like I am not the only one dealing with this issue. It is not right that it takes a bad review to be able to get a reply.

Ace was the most helpful and informative company we contacted for our move from California to the UK. They were efficient, very professional, pleasant to deal with, helped us through the whole system of overseas moving and explained each step. They were always on time and responded immediately with any queries we had. We checked a number of companies and hands down this was the only one who was so helpful and pleasant.

Ace provided excellent customer service. Moving day - both packing day and unloading day went seamlessly. Our crew and drivers were on time and courteous throughout the day. The driver (Steve) kept us informed of what was happening through each step. Nothing was broken or lost in the move and we received delivery a few days before expected (which was great for us!).

From beginning to end the service and responsiveness were excellent. The resources they gave for how to pack and prepare for our move were also very helpful. We would definitely use ACE again.

Ace Relocation is the only mover I will ever use. They have moved me personally multiple times and I have a great experience every time. I have also used them for an office move. They were exceptional. They are prompt, courteous, careful, thoughtful and easy to work with. I know my belongings are in great hands and will be treated well in the move. They go above and beyond every single time. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I needed to move one room of furniture from San Jose, California to Canton, Georgia. I was looking at perhaps renting a small truck and doing it myself. I looked into the self-pack type of movers. I then put out of bids to move this small but personally very important set of furniture. I received such hard sells and pushy responses that I decided to use a different approach.

I picked one that I thought was professional but when dealing with them it was a disaster so I quickly cancelled the contract before they could do any further damage(after all these are family heirlooms going to my only daughter and I wanted safe arrival not lowest price). I asked friends in the real estate industry who they use. Ace Relocations name kept coming up.

I called them with fear and trepidation. I was put in touch with Eric Galpine as my agent. He and Jeanette and every one at Ace did a fabulous job. The crew that came out to pick up the furniture were neat and clean and very professional. They took such good care of these few pieces that I just knew everything was going to be okay. At delivery there was a minor glitch that took a little while to fix ( some missing glass shelves).

Customer service was on it that very day. The shelves were located and delivered without any further problem. My move was not a large move. The pricing I thought was very fair (I could not have rented a truck to do this job for less). Everything was handled as if they were moving their own furniture. Every one I had contact with was professional and concerned about giving me the best moving experience possible. I am more than happy to recommend this group.

I'll start by saying that our family has moved cross country three times in the last 8 years, and my in-laws and husband moved with the military throughout their careers in the Army. Ace relocation has done a phenomenal job at helping us with our most recent move. Scott Cramer (estimator), Jeanette and Michelle (office coordinators) and the entire team with Nate have been extremely professional and exceeded our expectations.

Their care and protection to our furniture has surpassed that of prior professional company moves. We just loaded today, and will receive our shipment in about a week. I'll update the review if we encounter any issues on the other end. They not only made our move day as least stressful as possible, their prices were extremely competitive compared to other large companies. Highly recommend Ace for your local or long distance move!
