Jim was a great customer service rep. He was very polite and walked us through the entire process and was even willing to show us additional spaces if we needed to see them.

Horribly managed. Raise your rates every couple months, but offer 'new customers' half the rate of people who have been using them for years. Every time I call them there is a new manager, so no one is really able to help since they are always new. Save your money and a lot of headache by going somewhere else.

Much too expensive! $210 for a small unit. Roads through there are terrible. Full of potholes for your vehicles to fall into.and it's been this way for years. They raised the rent last year because they said they would be making improvements. Only improvement we saw was a camera here and there. What a WASTE! $730 a year is a complete ripoff. Glad to be out!

Jess was very helpful and extremely polite store was well kept and unit was very clean excellent customer service will definitely recommend to friends and family or anyone looking for a storage unit

Jessica, the manager, was very helpful. We walked through the storage yard and she pointed the spots that were available. We then picked out the best spot for our camper.

The monthly price was different than what I believed I signed up for, so I requested a refund and they were able to provide me with a full refund.

This Storage place constantly raises prices with little warning if any. I have had it for two years now and want out! There is no grace period for payment and fee is $31.00 if late by even a day. They get you in with a low price AND then raise prices until you just want out. Then make you purchase insurance on top, with late fees you all the sudden cant afford to use this service.

Due to Greed they raise the late fee by half original fee. In this time there is no reason for these increases and inflation shouldn't affect a storage system where literally nothing has changed! Just the prices! Be careful not to get sucked in!

Go elsewhere if there are any units open. If not, it's better than nothing. This place is the most expensive in town and their website won't let you make payments without subscribing to auto-pay. Every month someone says it will be fixed, and it isn't. I signed the contract in-person at the start of my lease and online still, months later, says pending.

Wire mesh ceilings in the units, so very low security as well (don't store anything that could be carried over a wall). (2 stars, not 1, because the guy at the desk has always tried to be helpful and they are, in fact, storage units) Update: After leaving this review I was contacted by the district manager, who was able to (finally) sort out the contract/payment conflict on the website. Adding a star for that. Still expensive/low-security units, and apparently issues don't get communicated up the chain unless you post about them on Google Reviews.
