We used Quality for a local move into a newly renovated home. We were nervous about damage to furniture and to the freshly painted walls. Our worries were absolutely unfounded! Our moving crew was prompt, polite, professional, team oriented, and made our worries top priority, which really set our minds at ease. Jordan, Jaylen, and Charles were a great team and worked extremely hard.

They wrapped all the furniture and door jams. They never rushed but worked quickly and constantly. They were very kind, hardworking, likable young men. I'd used them again in a heartbeat!

The gentlemen that moved me from Chester, VA to Arlington, VA were amazing. The lead was George and his entire crew were awesome. They were professional, personable, and diligent in their work ethic. I recommend them and I would definitely use them again in the future. Thank you for taking good care of all of my belongings.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality Unprofessional, broke some pieces of furniture, ruined carpet with dirty shoes, scared walls. The owner refused to respond to damages and spoke to me in a threatening manner. If I could give this company a 0 I would.

We used the three men & a truck option. The men were on time, kind, thorough, efficient and energetic. They tore down and set-up our bedroom sets. They wrapped all items and carefully packed to secure for the trip. Additionally, the scheduling and follow-up process was great as well. Wow! From my first phone call until the process was over, this company was amazing! The owner came out to meet me, take pictures and look at the space. He was so friendly and professional! He made sure I knew what the process was and made things so clear. He was open to me asking any questions, and he did it all with a smile. Even though it was a mask on, lol, I could tell it was a smile behind that mask!

When his team came out to move us, and it was no little job, they were so nice, understanding of what our needs were, and they were very careful with all of our belongings. We could not be more happy or satisfied with the Quality Moving Services team that came to our home to help move a couple of large objects. They were very cautious and careful. They did the work in a very short period of time with no damage. They were courteous and friendly and great to work with. We were so happy with the outcome. From start to finish, Quality Moving Service is the way to go. Not only are the staff members punctual and courteous, they handled my belongings with kid gloves. I have used Quality Moving Services on more than one occasion and it is always the same: Quality Service and affordable prices.

The final cost was not even close to the estimate. No one interested in discussing my concerns. Sale mgr Chris is extremely rude and uncaring. The owner, Andy, completely dodged my calls. Please do not use this company. I am hoping to prevent others from this poor business.

Quality movers were polite, professional and courtesy. They were efficient and maintained the integrity of my glass items without breakage. They also setup the furniture in the rooms to make it a smooth transition to a new home and stay with the allocated budget. Best value and price in town.

Hugo, Larry, and Brandon(?) did a great job in moving my Mother from Colonial Beach to Richmond. They arrived in a timely manner, were very courteous and professional, worked their butts off, and were flexible with the schedule changes. I was impressed. They did a great job wrapping my Mom's stuff in blankets. I was also impressed how they were able to cram all my Mom's stuff into that truck!

Two days later they quickly unloaded the truck and assembled the furniture. The team was great. On top of all that the cost for moving was very reasonable and worth it. As can be expected in every move, one furniture piece was slightly damaged. The company was quick to have it professionally repaired and delivered. Not a problem! Btw: this is the second time we have used Quality Moving. I would certainly use them again and I will recommend them to anyone.
