I have been renting storage units fior several months from them. I left a washer outside my unit. The very arrogant female told it had to be moved. I fell sick with the flu and was unable to move it. I rcvd a letter on 22 Feb telling me to move it. I went to move it and it was gone. Very arrogant and extremely self absorbed female had it removed from the property. I will. Be relocating my $450.00 a month business from them immediately.

After paying for a storage for five year, I removed my furniture and found them destroyed by termites. The insurance they offer at the begining of the contract does not cover most things that would affect you properties stored there including termites. The storage told me They don't cover damages as I use the storage space at my own risk. My furniture was brand new at the time I started rented the space and only got riemburst for a few of my damaged stuff by the insurance company. Really. I would never recommend this place to nobody, as they only collect your money but does not protect your belongings.

We recently moved to the Stockbridge area from Jonesboro. We moved to a smaller house and had to get a storage unit for some of our stuff. The staff here was very helpful.
