"PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORAGE FACILITY".Me and my family lost everything due to a leak in our storage unit, we just moved into our new home with absolutely no furniture and 13 years worth of our family personal items, furniture, TV etc all contaminated with mold because of a leak in my storage unit. The district manager and onsite manager were absolutely useless and I when I asked for them to assist they said deal with insurance company directly there is nothing MetroSelfStorage can do to assist. Long story short I filed a Lawsuit against them and will take legal action. Terrible facility and do not believe the employees they lied to us several times.

We went to this storage this afternoon and had a great experience with John. John is a super friendly guy and He showed us the units that are available. After he showed us the available units, we talked about it and John has no problem to go back checked the units again. We appreciated his time and service. He also mentioned about Kelly, we are looking forward to meet her soon. Highly recommend.
