Second time I have used Verity Van Lines. They are amazing. Paul and crew did a fantastic job moving me out of one place and into my new home. They worked hard throughout the day with almost no break. Everyone was friendly and they moved me in without any issues. Highly recommend Paul and his crew.

Sal was prompt and gave us an in-home estimate. Answered all our questions and scheduled us within our time frame. Very professional and easy to talk to. Listened to all our concerns and gave a fair estimate. Andrew our driver was great! The team in New York worked real hard to get everything loaded onto the truck. We had to separate our things for 2 locations( Apartment and Storage Unit).

They worked with us all day to load a household of 33 years. The Tennessee team was just as good and set up our apartment professionally and quickly. Andrew communicated with us throughout our experience and was very good in executing both deliveries and overseeing his team to assure us of a smooth experience. We were pleased with how efficient the pick-up crew was and then happy to see Steve and his crew arrive at our new home with everything that had been in storage for several weeks. Delivery was terrific, boxes in garage and furniture in appropriate places. And, nothing was damaged or broken! We had a great moving experience with Verity and would highly recommend them.

Used Verity to make a local move to Massapequa Park. I first meet salesman Rob who was knowledgeable and professional. He provided me with a quote and the price paid was the quoted price nothing hidden completely upfront. On moving day I had Fred and his crew assigned to my move. My wife and I could not be more happy and satisfied with the entire team. They were all professional, personable and went above and beyond during the move. I would highly recommend Verity.

My mom recently used Verity Van Lines to downsize from our family home to a one bedroom apartment. We had a great experience working with Sal to plan and schedule the move and with Frankie and his team the day of. Everyone went above and beyond to make sure our belongings were moved safely and efficiently. Highly recommend their services!

Robert gave us an immediate competitive quote after we showed him what was to be moved. We explained our timeline for our move to Florida and Verity was able to accommodate our plans. Don and Matt arrived on time to pack everything indicated in a very professional manner.

Next day Dennis, Justin, and Mathew arrived early to load everything on the truck in a very organized manner. We next saw Dennis and Justin 10 days later at our new home in Kissimmee where they arrived extremely early to beat the rush of construction workers on our street. Everything unloaded promptly and furniture reassembled as needed. Nothing was broken and the final price was less than the original estimate based on the actual weight of the load. Needless to say that we were very pleased with the entire Verity experience and would recommend them highly.

We had nothing but a smooth move with Verity Van Lines. The pickup was right before the Christmas holidays and delivery was right after. Rob was very nice and professional when he came to give us an estimate. Of course the day of the move, I was very nervous, but the guys - Dennis and team, did a great job. They were such nice people. Our move was to Florida and again Dennis and team did a great job on that end of the move as well. My husband and I were very satisfied with everything. I could not be happier with the service provided by Verity Van lines. I chose them because I was happy with the initial communication with Rob as well as his coming to my house and estimating and explaining the whole process. I haven't moved in 24 years, so I really needed that. I am glad I chose them because on moving day, the guys that came were professional, knowledgeable, careful, quick, and most of all courteous. Everything arrived intact and I was so happy with everything. I highly recommend them!

Our move from Glen Cove to Tennessee required two stages: the first to move part of our furniture and household goods into storage to allow for some improvements prior to listing the house, and the second to move our remaining possessions to our new home in TN. The first stage took place in July and was very orderly and smooth, because we were organized and unrushed.

The second stage was more frantic, as it was right after Christmas, and we were not as well prepared. Joe realized early on that we were "not ready to move, " so he called in reinforcements and everything was on the truck and off the property by about 5:00. Joe and his crew arrived at our TN house nine days later and started unloading. It was a herculean effort, but everything made it off the truck by sundown.

The only things that I have found broken were packed by us, not by the Verity team. Here we are, two weeks later, most of the boxes have been emptied, and we're settling in. Sal explained the moving process very well initially, gave me good advice when I decided to transport my car rather than drive alone, and was accomodating when I learned we had to move two days after Christmas. Joe and his team did a great job getting our belongings out of our Glen Cove house and into our TN house intact and on time. Sal, Joe, and the entire Verity team were professional and responsive. I would endorse this company to anyone who is planning a move, especially an 800-mile one such as we just had.

We were Very Happy and more then Pleased with Verity Van Lines! Sal was courteous & Professional and answered all our questions! Any time we called with a question, he got back to us immediately! Dennis was just Amazing! He was Very Courteous, Professional, Pleasant and made our move so much easier then we ever thought it would be! He took charge as soon as he came in and organized everything! We could not have asked for a Better move because of Dennis!

Thanks to Verity for doing a great job with our move! Rob in the office was very easy to deal with in setting up the logistics such as inventory, dates and time. The movers Frank, Jerry and Kevin also did a fantastic job of moving our belongings with efficiency and without damage. All were very respectful and polite.

Moving is stressful, and these guys took away all that stress! There was a minor speed bump over the charges which were quickly resolved. Other than that, the crew that was sent was extremely helpful, asking questions all the way about what we wanted. The were neat and respectful of our property. This is our second move with Verity and definitely are happy with our choice. We thought that the price was reasonable for the level of service that we received.

Great experience. Rob J was extremely pleasant to work with and very patient. The movers Anthony R and Ben were on time, quick and very caring of our belongings. Would definitely recommend Verity to anyone that is looking for an honest moving company. The price we paid was exactly what was quoted to us.

Moving is without a doubt one of the most stressful times possible - we were looking for a good moving company to move from Queens NY to North Carolina for a 3 BR apt on a 3rd floor walk up during the busiest moving week of the year (last wk of June) with less than one months notice - and Verity to our rescue. After being recommended to us by 2 other families, they had our date range available and sent the estimate guy right away to do an in-person inventory of our stuff.

He ended up over quoting us (because our driver decided he could fit the entire tractor trailer on our block rather than having to use a shuttle truck as we had originally thought). The 6 movers, Nicole from inventory, and most especially Sean our driver were just simply the BEST - they took all the stress out of the day and the experience in general, on a 100 degree day in NYC.

We originally had a pretty long window for delivery to NC, but they were able to tell us succinctly at pick up exactly when drop off would be (and we were also lucky to be the last ones loaded on). They treated our stuff (even the "cheap" stuff) with care and delivered /set up everything they took apart. I cannot rave enough about what a great experience it was, and will continue to recommend them (word of mouth most of all) as I lure more family to follow us down south!
