This place was a life saver when we sold our house 18 months ago. We rented 4 total units ( 1 climatic control and 3 outside units) to hold our furnishings until our other house was completed. We just now emptied out 2 1/2 units and our furniture was just like when we first put it in storage! They really keep this place clean and the staff is fantastic.

If your card is lost or stolen that is on file, they do not give you even one day grace period to get it fixed. There is no grace here for a lost or stolen card, even when they lose the card they still charge you a fee. Absolutely the worst customer service. I am getting my stuff out of here as soon as possible.

The facility is always clean and secure. The staff has always been courteous and helpful! In fact, when I was moving into the area Connie helped me find my way around and even had a friend who brought out a forklift and unloaded a very large safe! That was quite helpful! SERVICE ABOVE & BEYOND!

A great place to rent from! Staff is friendly and helpful and the facility is immaculate! I set up auto pay when we moved in in 2012 and never had a problem. Had to call in once to update my payment info but that was it! I highly recommend them!
