I simply called the number for the business listed on Google to inquire about service and the man that answered rudely told me to not call again because he was on vacation and hung up on me. Don't list your personal number on Google if you're going to be that ill-mannered and tactless to a potential customer.

There are many storage facilities in and around San Marcos Tx. But. This facility is a secure, safe and well lit. Robert and the other staff are the most amazing, kind hearted, helpful, courteous people, and as professional as they come. Truly, what I definitely consider "old school moral's and values". Kudo's to the best people and the place by far

Calling to get a quote on vehicle storage for a shuttle bus/RV, since i see many spots open when driving by. Was told someone called about 24 hour access for a bus before and seemed very irritated. Tried to explain that no i want to store a vehicle and tarp it probably for 3-4 months and don't need 24 hour access. Was pretty much hung up on. Have since found a great FRIENDLY facility for my bus, boat and storage unit. Will never recommend Outlet Storage to anyone. Very rude people running that place

Owner called us cursing us out without offering a solution first. We dealt with te daughter and HE was not happy with what we were storing, but he had no clue what HIS rules were and I guess the daughter didn't either. He claims he gets abused by tenants but all we did as tenants was get abused by him. Do not recommend unless you want to get a call in the middle of the day to come get your stuff. Also very hard to get into from the road you have to park your trailer halfway out into the road while waiting for the gate to open.
