We are new to Outback Storage and very happy with their service. Michelle was very helpful; she made the whole transaction go seamlessly. The container arrived right on time and in wonderful condition.

I've been a customer of Outback Storage Containers for over a year. During this time, I have purchased many of their shelving and container organization products for my two 40' containers. Every product performs exactly as advertised and the quality is amazing. The only thing better than the their products is their customer service. Even through the height of the pandemic, the Outback team has been responsive, courteous and always helpful. Always a good customer experience!

Purchased 2- 40' used / as is containers. The office was great in helping us plan for the purchase and delivery. On they day of the delivery. everything arrived on time as promised and the driver went above and beyond in getting our containers exactly where we needed them on our property. Greatly appreciated!

I spent almost six months researching and looking for a 20' container. Out-Back was the only company that 1- had units to view, 2- gave me a complete price 3- delivered and dropped the unit exactly where I wanted ( I have pictures of the blue tape I placed and how really, really close the driver dropped my unit 4 -gave me so many units in decent shape that it was hard to choose one. If I need another one (and, if things work out I'll need a 40' next) then I'll give you three guesses where I'm going. No Brainer.

If anyone ever wants to know about the company, I have told them to please feel free to hand out my number. I would be happy to tell anyone about the premier level of service that I feel I received. I felt more like a VIP than I ever have. Customer Service is finally found alive and well again.

Great service from start to finish. This is the second time using the company. I love that they have picture online so I know what I am getting before it comes. The driver was great, fast, and respectable. Over all great experience I will definitely use them again.

We had a door, window and vents put in a shipping container that we inherited on a property we bought in Richmond. From the customer service rep to the person who picked up and dropped the container back off to our property were "the best"! The went up and beyond and the driver put our container in a spot, to our liking, which was tight and I thought unmanageable. He made it work! Using this company will not disappoint!

Can't say enough good things about Outback! We were looking for a used 20' container to modify into a little ice cream shop. The team at Outback Storage were such a pleasure to work with, they took the time to show us multiple options available and their weldors, Jay and Wes were so accommodating; going over every detail with us to insure our custom, concession windows came out exactly how we wanted them.

Delivery was prompt and the price for everything was fair. As we expand, we look forward to working with Outback time and time again! Thank you guys for the excellent service!
