Linda is the director of a non-profit charity called Kinship4kids (registered as 'Kinship 4 Kids' in the State of CT). This facility has been extremely supportive of the active charity over many years. Our charity would not deal with any other similar business. Linda is shown in the photo with one of many generous donors. In this case, two brand new bikes were donated by a private couple to fill the needs of at least two recipients. One of the two generous people are shown with Linda.

Needed a safe place to park my travel trailer. After trying many places I called storage solutions and spoke with Noah. We spoke about availability and rates and he told me to call back when I was more certain of a date. As it turns out a parking spot is available with my apartment. I called to let Noah know, spoke with Joyce. Thank you Noah and Joyce for being so helpful.

Paid for climate control but the wing I was in was not heated. Had a home-style dehumidifier in the hallway, usually shut off because the bucket was full. Staff uninterested when told of lack of climate control. Floor probably swept annually so lots of little things on floors. Rat traps all around outside but I never had evidence of rats. On the plus, it was reliably available, rarely others present, never had security concerns. Carts provided and doors open wide with easy roll-out.

I reserved a truck and 2 days later when i went to pick it up at 9am when they claim to be open i had to sit there for 20mins until the employee showed up. Then i was informed that my reservation had been moved to Groton without getting a phone call or anything. Very unprofessional office. I do ot recommend anyone using this location.
