Watchdog Self Storage

This place is so amazing. This is my second time renting here. It's clean, secure, and Bethany was just so amazing, she went above and beyond to help me.

Always clean and they are always friendly and prices aren't bad at all

It kept my junk securely in a temperature controlled box and nothing was damaged or stolen in the time it was there so 5 stars.

Sherry is great to work with and the facility is top notch. They have a wide variety of unit sizes with climate control and their units are very clean.

Bethany, cared about her job and taking care of the place. The place looks clean and safe. She did a great job.

The staff (Bethany) was so helpful in informing me about deals they had going on and helping me save money. Super friendly and laid out all the info so clearly. They made sure I could get in the gate and took me to my unit to make sure it was right for me. Really good experience with them.

*Edited in response to the very late owners response- they did not issue a refund and I've checked my bank account multiple times to confirm. They did honor the original military discount (not sure why they said honor it though. It was just a discount they offered when we inquired) and they never gave us a second discount like they claimed they did.

We were not helped at all and told multiple things that differed every time we talked with someone.) Original review - While Watchdog Storage is a safe place to keep your items, the people that work there do not seem to know what they are doing. When we first arrived we were there for so much longer then needed. They had us sign a contract and pay for a unit that we discovered to be locked and in use when we went to put our stuff in.

We went back to the office to figure things out and they seemed disoriented. They finally got us into an un-used storage unit after charging us wrong two different times and having to do refunds. The first and second month they charged us too much and we had to call multiple times to get that sorted. When we came back we did exactly as we had been told to do, which was to let them know we were back and as long as we arrived before a certain date, which we did, we would be given a refund for the months remaining balance.

The manager told us this. When we did so, they said they could not give us the remaning balance for the month. I explained what we had been told and they apologized and said that we definitely were told wrong and they would figure things out. I called again to follow up and they assured me they would figure things out. They never contacted me again or followed up.

If it was one or two things, it would not be a big deal.but we were told wrong information countless times and charged wrongly multiple times as well. *Edited to add that they finally did contact me after I followed up and they said they were not doing the refund, despite us being told by a Manager that we would have a refund done. Don't waste your time and go with someone more trustworthy that won't steal your money.

Super clean, super secure looking. Hannah helped me with all of my questions and assured me that Watchdog was the place to store my stuff. I feel confident, based on what I learned from her that this is the place that will keep my stuff safe and secure.

Super friendly. Clean. Convenient. Easy. My only complaint is that the electric gate didn't always work so sometimes they just left it up. The day we were moving things out was one of the days it wasn't working (it was locked), but the person on-call came over in less than 5 minutes.

The service was fantastic! I was able to find a storage unit for a very decent price that fit all of my requirements. The staff are kind and helpful, and the procedures for signing-up and checking out are extremely straightforward. Thank you for a wonderful, hassle-free storage experience!

I've had a storage unit at Watchdog Self Storage for 11 years. They have always been great to work with. The facility is clean and secure & I have never had any issues. It's been a great experience. Thank you.

I had my stuff stored here for over two years. I lived out of state and always felt super confident that it was safe and ok! When Utah had their small earthquake scare last year I got an email right away to let us know they would check the buildings and make sure things were ok. Very nice people, always willing to help! I would for sure go back there again!

We only needed to use Watchdog for a few months. They were super helpful. We rented one of the climate controlled units. They were very clean, and well kept. The office people are super nice and we couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Stephanie went above and beyond to take care of my storage needs. She showed me the perfect size and rented it to me at a great rate! The property is very clean and beautiful, you can tell that your staff takes a lot of pride in their work. I will recommend Watchdog to my friends and family if they want a great place to store their stuff. Thank you for the great experience! :

My favorite things about storing here are: The friendly, helpful staff. The well lit facility, it is located at the end of a street, & the only reason you'd go down the street is to access the facility. The manager who lives there is very observant, & is very attentive to the facility. It is well lit, & very secure. I have never noticed police at the facility, & do not think it has ever experienced any break ins during my time here. I have never had any issues with my unit, but I'm sure if I did, the staff would be on top of it! It's always very clean, & staff is always around to help!

Great location, reasonable prices, clean safe and secure with friendly professional staff. We have been using this facility for years.

It's my first time using a storage unit, the onsite managers are always so helpful. We got a unit that is easily accessible and the facility is newer and always clean!
