Couldn't possibly say enough about the exceptionally friendly lady that my wife and I spoke with to rent our storage unit it's cleaner than a hospital, quiet, SAFE, hands down the best business I've been to in the Portland area thanks Troutdale storage

Very clean place gates lock at 9pm sharp tho and the lady is only there some days not all the days so be sure to call ahead to make sure she's gonna be there if you need to do any business in the office

In my opinion Worst storage unit I have ever had. I put my stuff in storage here because I was leaving state for awhile, never once was I late on my payment. In my opinion My unit got broken in and stuff got stolen so I had to buy a plane ticket back to Oregon to get my stuff out, I got my stuff out mid September and Lindsey agreed to give me a full refund for September since I wasn't going to be there that month.

I asked for a refund for July & August as well due to me loosing so much and she told me no so I asked to speak with the owner. Well the lady at the front desk told me to email her and she will send it to the owner. Next thing I get is Lindsey messaging me telling me now again and I asked to speak with the owner again and she refused once again so I told her I would leave her a bad review and I know many people in Portland and would tell them to never rent from the is place.

In my opinion At that time Lindsey said since I threaten to leave a bad review and tell people not to rent from this place she wasn't going to refund me at all ad she didn't but she provided me with her Attorney info. Well I messaged the "Attorney" with nothing in return. In my Opinion I do not this this place is good to rent from and they do not hold their words.

In my opinion they give you the go around and Lindsey thinks she is the say all. In my opinion They refuse to let you know who the owner is or speak to the owner and in my opinion that is terrible customer service. In my opinion I have emails to prove it all, Here you go Lindsey here is your horrible review :

As a retired USAF member, I've rented storage units all over the US. This manager gave me FIRST CLASS treatment! Given the opportunity, I will use their services again. There are many places in the Portland, OR area to store. It's worth extra drive time to come here. Thank you!

From the first day I rented the storage unit the staff was professional, courteous, and addressed every concern with no delays. The facility was clean and secure and never had any issues. The only reason I moved out was I found an affordable house and no longer needed a storage unit. The move out process was very easy. I will definitely do business with TS again if needed.

The very best storage facility I've ever dealt w/. Prices for units are below 'market' rate - fair and affordable. The due date can be reasonably negotiated. Staff are on point and helpful. I had a break in attempt, and when some jackass thief hacked my poor lock, damaging (but not breaking!) it, the lady in charge offered to replace my lock w/ a better, very nice (and costly) lock for free. Although I'm moving my stuff out this month, I'd not even hesitate for a second to bring my business right back to Troutdale Storage.

Had to store some stuff until my husband and I have more living space. The place is clean, it's quiet, they offer inside and outside units that are gated. The lady at the desk in the office was so nice, she answered all my questions and when I had trouble finding my unit she was happy to help me out. I definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for storage with peace of mind.

The units and all around the property very clean and well kept. The gal at the office very helpful, pleasant and she returns your calks, if leaving a voicemail. Great overall storage facility. I would very much recommend to anyone.

Great place to store storage, easy access from I-84, friendly staff who are always willing to help in any way they can, and the facility is well kept and clean! Prices are very reasonable. Definitely highly recommend!

So, I was a customer for less than 24 hours. I was going store some stuff as a truck driver between jobs. I pre-booked the storage unit, got my unit # and paid the monthly fee at a pro-rate. Low and behold, my boss tells me we weren't going to Portland, we were going to LA instead. I emailed the boss, and asked for a refund. So this review is her being really cool, and refunding my money no questions asked. Took a couple of days to process, but no worries, I got my money back. Bottom line, store your stuff here. The service is considerate of the customer even if the customer was around less than 24 hours.
