If I could give zero stars I would!$ Worst moving experience. Do NOT use this company. They were supposed to arrive for our move between 10:30 and 11:00 am. After stringing us along throughout the morning, ignoring phone calls, and having rude customer service on the moving day they finally showed up to our house at 5:00! We thank god found a company to move us at the last minute and chose not to have Great Day move us due to being 6 plus hours late!

They claimed a move before us lied to them about how much they needed moved and it took way longer than expected. Instead of coming to us on time and telling the people who were deceitful they would have to come back tomorrow. They ghosted us for a few hours and finally came at night. We had multiple confirmations on the phone and email about our moving day and time and they completely disregarded everything! Don't let their blessed day introduction phone call fool you!

They communicated before the move to get us to commit and promised unrealistic things they knew they couldn't do! I have never been spoken to so rudely on the phone as I was on moving day when they ignored us for hours. We waited and waited for them to show up. By the time we got moved with the other company it was midnight. We have little children and dogs and this was completely unacceptable and unprofessional! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I have used Great Day Moving from Merriam three times in the last 1 1/2 yrs. I have moved twice and once just to move some furniture from the lower level to the upper level. This last move was especially overwhelming just due to the volume of furniture and misc that needed to be moved. It was extremely hot and I underestimated the time and volume of the move.

The crew came very prepared, with great attitudes in spite of everything, stayed late and were exceedingly conscientious about protecting the furniture and the walls. Great job to all and especially Brian who was supervising the job. They did a great job packing as much onto the truck as possible. More than I could ever do. Well worth the money! Thanks to all!

I needed some large furniture moved from my house to my daughters and needed it moved the next day. They were very accommodating, priced fairly, and the men they sent to do the job were very professional and took great care not to cause any damage to the walls or the furniture I was moving. I really was pleased with their service.

I was very skeptical because I have had some very bad moving experiences in the past, but they blew me away. The movers were professionals and did a great job. They even came in way less than what they quoted.

We used Great Day Moving to move all of our belongings from one house to the next, about 30 miles away from each other. The team that helped out was very kind, careful with all of our stuff, and quick. Although I don't want to move again any time soon.if I did, I would definitely be calling them again. Their service really impressed me and made our moving day much less stressful!

I've moved all over the world with the Army but I've never had to pay for a move or pick a moving company since the Army takes care of the logistics. I was very skeptical with the quote I received, but I could not be happier with the crew and service provided. The quoted cost was exactly what I paid. The crew was professional, on-time, and easy to work with. I'd recommend Great Day Moving to anyone.

Actually no, what you have stated is not correct. When I called to inform your company of all the damage, the man I spoke with said that as I did not indicate the damage on the sheet prior to the movers leaving, he could not do anything but he appreciated me letting him know. He recommended I go buy touch up markers at Home Depot.

This company is the worst run do not hire them. They showed up at my 9th floor loft and my daughter was sleeping on the couch. She had just gotten home from college where she had been diagnosed with Mononucleosis 2WEEKS earlier and had broken 2 ribs from trying to play powder puff at the same time. They looked around the loft and then decided that they were afraid of getting sick from her so they cancelled my move and let me stranded to move myself.

What did the company spokesperson say? He refused to acknowledge that he had a contract with me because we had not signed anything. I must assume then (and so should you) the they were all up to criminal activities and were scared off by my Great Dane. I will consider myself lucky they left my daughter and my belongings un assaulted. Funny thing on their website they state to beware of "Rogue Movers" described as -"rogue moving companies.

One online dictionary defines a rogue as "an unprincipled, deceitful, and unreliable person; a scoundrel or rascal." Sadly, there are many movers out there that fit this description." Sounds like the pot calling the kettle black.

My husband and I love these guys. They make moving simple. We were impressed with their speed and carefulness. Customer service was great too. Can't say enough good things about them. Highly recommended.

We used these guys for a second time and again they didn't let us down. They are quick yet extremely efficient. I can't say enough good things about them. I would give them 5 stars, but I don't enjoy moving. They couldn't have been better and relieved all my stress. Thank you guys for everything! Highly recommend their service.

Great experience. We were unsure of date of move due to buyers of our home having closing issues. Great Day was very accomodating, changing times/dates three times. Their attitude was "just let us know". We were told there would be three movers, four showed up and there was no extra cost. They all worked extremely hard and both my husband and I were very happy with the entire move.

Great Day Moving did not offer us much in the way of a great day. We had originally scheduled a move with 5 team members and they showed up, without any prior notification with 4. When presented with an issue in regards to moving a piece of furniture, one of the team members became extremely irritated and threatened to take items off of the truck.

He was asked to leave the premises and did, but his behavior was fair below a professional level. The move ended up taking over 4 hours and we were actually charged for an additional hour. When we asked for compensation for the way we were treated, it was denied and scoffed at. Our moving day, therefor, was less than great and I would not recommend using this company.

I would like to say that the 3 team members that remained throughout the move were efficient and easy to work with and this response is not based on the work that they performed.

We hired these mover for a move on June 23. The load being a little larger than what had been estimated and the path to the truck end up being a lot longer then originally thought, but no worries. Great Day Moving guys were not phased and even still running up and down steps hours into the move. Definitely the best service and a price that is completely reasonable.

We used this company in our move over the past weekend and they were GREAT! They showed up on time, worked incredibly quickly, were cheerful and respectful, and seem to have endless amounts of energy. Nothing was broken or damaged in our move. If you're looking for a great company at a reasonable price, check these guys out!

I had a great experience having Great Day Moving move my family! The 3 guys that came out were very fast, yet detailed and didn't scratch a thing! Deffinitely will have them move me again!
