For the past two years, Kurt has been exceptional to work with! He goes above and beyond to insure you feel confident in keeping your storage needs met. He patiently answers questions and responds to emails very quickly. Now that I've completed two moves and a remodeling project, I no longer need to store items there. Otherwise I'd still be a very satisfied customer! You can rest peacefully knowing your things are in good hands!

I've never rented a storage unit before but Kurt made the process so easy. He was very easy to get a hold of, explained the contract well and was super responsive. The unit itself was super clean, a great size and very easily accessible. If we ever need another unit I'd rent from Kurt at West Towne Self Storage in a heartbeat.

I rented the perfect size storage room for a full year after I sold my condo and rented an apartment for a year. I chose the climate controlled space and all my items were in perfect condition one year later. Kurt the owner is absolutely wonderful. Very professional and keeps his properties very clean and orderly. Always very helpful and quick to respond if you need anything. I would definitely recommend renting a spot at West Town Self Storage.

We rented a unit from the West Towne Self Storage Climate Controlled facility and it was perfect. The location of the facility was convenient and the access from the exterior to our unit couldn't have been better. The facility on the outside and interior was spotless and obviously well maintained. Kurt was very helpful and responded immediately to calls and emails. Thanks again!

Kurt was very helpful for us at a time when we were in house transition and needed to find storage with a short turn around time. He was extremely professional and courteous. He communicated each month with us, and if there were any questions, was very responsive. Would recommend his facilities/service without question!

Kurt was great to work with. Any changes coming up, updates, issues with billing, moving-in and moving-out - he provided the exact information you needed and almost always within one day. I used the climate controlled storage for nearly 4 months and was very pleased with the security provided, the cleanliness of facility, and ease of access for move-in, move-out, and any in between visits.

Kurt is great to interact with - was on time for meeting at unit, and was consistently pleasant and courteous with all communication. Had a great experience with West Towne Self Storage. Kurt was very quick to reply to my initial request, and made a special appointment with me so I could get into the unit as fast as possible. Several competitors didn't even return my initial call. Kurt went out of his way to provide personalized service as I moved in to the unit, and provided great email correspondence throughout my short rental period. Highly recommended!
