The individuals who helped me were ever so kind and explained everything to me about storage rentals and how secure the facilities are that they own. Yes, I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. Prices are reasonable and access to the units are convenient. Keep up the good work, your doing an awesome job.

They are very wonderful people not only did they help wave the ten dollar fee for both my units, they also allowed me to upgrade to a bigger unit when I found I couldn't fit all our things in the small one. I was able to pay the next day and they were ok with me occupying two for a day while transferring at no cost. I had to rent both in the end anyway but during a move you can have unexpected things happen at crusial times and they were understanding.

I even showed up when they were closing the next day to pay and they allowed me in to pay. Have me 5 extra boxes too. I wish they had low income units though so I don't stress about loosing all of our belongings. IAM a single mother currently out of work and without a vehicle the last thing I need is to lose everything and have to start life all over at 38.

We've been renting a storage unit from Veldman's for a little over 15 years. They've always Been very professional. We've never had any problems with billing. The facility is always kept extremely clean there are no problems with bees or water and we've never had any break-ins. The facility is kept under surveillance at all times and it is also gated you need to have a passcode to enter.

The only thing I don't like about this facility is. There's a drainage ditch that runs along side of the storage facility and it is a mosquito cesspool. so make sure it's very sunny or you are wearing bug spray because these mosquitoes are ruthless, my husband and I do lawn care so we're used to mosquitoes but these guys are no joke

I've stored several times with this company and have always had a good experience. The process has been painless and the facility is always clean. Friendly staff too. Would recommend!

The manager was really nice and helpful. I thought I needed one size but she showed me a couple spaces and we found the right size without rushing me into the wrong one. I don't have any experience moving or storing so the manager was a lifesaver. She even gave me free boxes and helped me carry them to my car. There's also a little open area of the office that you can call to talk to someone if it's after hours and you need help.

I like that they have a gate code to get in, it seems safer. So far it seems great, really convenient, and they gave me those free boxes, free lock, and a discount for starting autopay on my debit card.

This place is everything but "All Secure". My RV was broken into within two weeks of storing it there, and I was one of several. Nearly a week after the break-in, I asked to see the video surveillance footage and was told by the manager that no one had time to look at it yet as they were "short staffed". One would think that if multiple customers had been broken into, management would make it a priority to figure out what happened.

The manager told me she would call me as soon as they reviewed the video. That call never came. I later found out from the South Bend police that the footage was too grainy to see anything. Not surprising as the nearest camera is on the opposite end of the lot where a person looks like a single pixel. Management gave no apology, showed no sympathy, and even had an attitude over the phone when I expressed frustration about the video footage. Cameras aside, the physical location of this lot is sketchy; the back of the lot is right off the highway and completely out of sight with a short fence which anyone could jump.

I should have known this was a terrible place as I found USED CONDOMS and beer bottles strewn about the grounds around my RV. Luckily, all the thieves were able to take was a cheap TV, but they caused $1,000 in body damage to get in. I have since moved the RV to storage elsewhere. I recommend you do the same.

All Secure Self Storage is the absolute best storage company in the greater South Bend area. They are located in a safe area, the units are clean and spacious and their employees are helpful. I am so lucky that I found them when I did and I'm looking forward to recommending them to my friends.
