I was very happy renting here until they screwed up my payments. somehow lost record of one and then started charging me late fees. I proved all of my payments, made on time and cashed on time. their response was to terminate my lease. I was always polite when addressing the issue. no need for their sore loser attutude. I'm disgusted.

I have rented a unit here for a couple of years. The inside units have light, unlike the other reviewers state. The lights, are to the side of the garage doors and are set on a timer system for efficiency and you must turn the knob to have them on. The facility is secure and the convenience of 24 hour rental kiosk (where you can rent/make payments) is wonderful.

My unit is secured with a gate entrance and 24 hour cameras. The owners are wonderful and friendly. The rental units are very affordable. I am very happy with their customer service and will continue to rent here!

Here you will meet the best people in Niles. The owners here are the nicest people. I cant express how thankfull iam to Gary and his wife.(owners)The storage, inside and out, is well kept. The prices are very reasonable and they gave me a great deal on locks and units. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I wish I could give a 10 star tating
