Gone are the days that I worry about my belongings being in storage. This is absolutely the BEST storage facility in Arizona! Kind, caring folks who truly are genuinely considerate people. They make you feel like family and always do the best they can to accommodate customers. Do not hesitate with storing your items here, they will be very secure and safe.

Went to Arby's which was TERRIFIC as always! Daughter got Godfather's Pizza which was so bad she didn't ear

The staff was so helpful and kind. I live in another state and needed storage for my father's property. I rented a 5x5 unit and when I had to move my father to a smaller location I had to update the storage for a 5x10 unit. It was pretty slick with the security gate and I could enter with my security code. Very safe.

We were moving to Arizona from Michigan and told that the storage unit we were interested in would be available for us when we got there. We called as we were traveling to confirm and told it was now not available. The lady told us "oh yes I was going to call you tomorrow". We never received any kind of follow up call. Fortunately, we found another storage unit that was big enough to hold our entire house.

This is my second time having the pleasure of working with this facility. One of the primary advantages to an institution such as this, is that it is family owned. Being a family-owned business, they are far more likely to provide you with a professional and more importantly, personal experience. I went in to conclude my services with them and noticed I was a day too late and my payment had begun processing.

Any other company would have had layers of fine print proving that I was at fault; admittedly I was. But these wonderful people were able to refund that amount since it was still in a pending state. I would definitely recommend the use of these facilities to my friends and family; knowing that they are in good hands.

Such accomadating owners, always helpful and go above and beyond to assist. Storage units incredibly clean and safe. After a couple days of torrential downpour we went to check to see if we got water damage. Not a drop. I highly recommend Surprise Mini Storage. They made moving and storing our things between houses a breeze. Full confidence in them.

If you are looking for one of the best storage facilities in Surprise, I can honestly tell you that this is the one you need to use. My family has stored our belongings with them since 2001 and even though we moved to Florida years ago, we still have belongings in storage there today! Floyd and Nadia are truly a blessing and they always go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of and feel like we are their number one customer.

In all the years we have stored our belongings with them, we have never had to deal with leaks, insects or any kind of problems. Just a clean, safe, secure and friendly environment at a great price. Floyd and Nadia have always made us feel as if we were their most valuable customer and have went above and beyond to ensure we have a positive experience storing our belongings with their facility. We have always felt that our belongings were safe and we were valued/appreciated as their customer. Two thumbs up and your best choice for storage.

Been renting here for over three years and I remember the first day I moved to Arizona and into this storage facility the manaher drove to my unit and gave us cold water on a day that was about 110 degrees. Its always a great experience. I enjoy the easy maneuvering with the wide isles, the lady who helps at the desk has the cutest little dogs that my kids love to play with. Thanks for all you do to make my renting experience a pleasant one.

Highly recommended! It was 4:45p.m. on New Years Eve and the manager waited 25 minutes for me to get there and to top it off I needed the u-haul back by 9a.m. the next morning and i was able to pay her son to help me move in at 6a.m. new Years Day when I got to the storage that morning I was invited in where she made me breakfast and coffee, got the truck back on time and they even took me home! These people are amazing I highly recommend Surprise mini storage. They really treat you like family.
