Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness, Value Not only were they a week late with my furniture, but they also broke several pieces of my furniture. They said "don't worry" file a a claim. Well I submitted all the paperwork and pictures they denied my claim. Such a scam. You'll be better off paying more money with a top provider.
