Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness The single worst moving experience we have ever had. We used these people to move and store our furniture while a house was being remodeled. Long story short, when we moved it back in there was over $100,000 worth of items damaged. Even though we took their insurance they have not worked to resolve and are having to litigate.

I moved from New York to Brazil and hired Confianca Moving in July 2019. I had 46 boxes to be sent, all of which identified with the items in them. On top of that, I got insurance for items over $500 identifying each of the items and the value I wanted to insure them for. Paid 4% premium. To my surprise, once my move got to Brazil, boxes 36 and 44 were missing.
I was told that probably they got mixed up in some other shipment. After multiple calls, three months later, Silas with customer service recognized they had lost them and that they would make the claim with insurance. He asked me to send the invoices and certificate for an art work that was on box 36. I've sent it 4 months ago and still no resolution.
Last Silas told me was that the insurance was questioning the value of the artwork (which was paid premium on top). I paid premium, sent all the information. Silas just gave up on giving me lousy feedback and has asked me to speak with his manager Luciano, which ignores calls and e-mails. These are not serious people, I strongly recommend you to not hire them unless you have absolutely no other option.

The moving, packing and organize team was present was very professional and take care of all small details, mr Mello, Rafael and Carvalho work hard the three days and even was raining the whole time they never lose the sense of humor. Everything was in the container without any disturbances. Another positive point was they came was all equipment necessary to do the job.
The truck with lifting device was the key to help to load the container. Not the less, the background from the office side was very attention Mr Silas and Mrs Gabriela. Very glad I have decided to go with Confianca

I used Confianca to move from Miami to SC. Although everyone was very personable over the phone, I noticed that they completely avoided sending emails or leaving voicemails with any detailed information. I realized later that this was to cover up any wrong-doing on their part. I was given an estimate of 5 days (max of 10 on the contract) to move my belongings, and ultimately did not see my shipment until 20 days later (after several more miscommunications resulting in family members taking off work to help me move for no reason).
No one ever apologized to me or gave me any sort of reimbursement or explanation. It would have been less stressful and cheaper to have moved my furniture myself. Please avoid using this company.

They packed everything very nicely, workers had very good attitude, went way beyond to make things happen when furniture would not fit, were punctual, worked until everything was done when they were exhausted! Just make sure you follow up with both sides of elevator docs reservations so there is no miscommunication. But good experience;

We found out last minute that we had to move. This company came highly recommended. We were lucky they found availability for us. They took the headache out of the equation. The movers were friendly, professional, and efficient. Everything was boxed up impeccably and arrived safe and sound at our new place. Very happy clients :

I had to move to another state - over a 1,000 miles - and in a short-notice. My belongings were in a storage facility in South Florida and not completely packed. Confianca took care of it: from the packing and repacking of my items, to the somewhat complicated logistics and delivering it in a surprisingly ahead of scheduled arrival in a walkup building in New York City!
Worth every single penny I paid (and I did my homework, they are not the most expensive out-of-state movers out there). I highly recommend this company, they are really professionals. Thanks, Confianca!
