My husband and I were incredibly impressed by this company for our move today (going from a one level ranch style home to a house with a basement and 2 floors). They were very friendly, efficient in their time, and hard working. I've dealt with moving companies that try to run the clock when moving but this company did not do this at all. I was shocked that the entire job took less than 5 hours.
They were extremely helpful as we were moving to a larger space and took the time to move around furniture for us and made sure each piece of furniture was in its correct location. I highly recommend Kendrick Moving company!

Wow, that a fantastic crew. They are true professionals and went well beyond the call of duty to take care of us. Our particular job was a commercial move so they had to work around our business hours, two other vendors connected with the job, and large desk, cabinets, etc. They had all the tools to ensure the job was done right and no damage was caused to our building in the process. 10/10 - next time I need residential or commercial move; they will be my call!

Was highly referred by family who just recently moved. I just sold my house and just needed to move larger items. The lady on the phone. Basically didn't care how small my move was they were booked up for the next month+ So nothing happened. But the very next moving company I called took my booking for 2 weeks later and moved everything out and into my new home for $338.75 and was done before Noon the day of move. I was thrilled happy and will use that company again!

Absolutely worth EVERY dime! This was our first time using movers. From start to finish everyone I spoke or dealt with was super friendly and knowledgeable. The movers came on time and did an amazing job. I was very impressed. The stress of moving was a weight off my shoulders, they took care of everything! This is response to Jennifer Kennan. We moved you in 2017. There was no mention of a washer/dryer being damaged. We did however send someone out to fix a corner on a piece of furniture. Though we strive to give everyone a perfect move sometimes accidents happen, but again we sent someone out to fix it. If you had such a terrible experience we wish you would have contacted us 2 years ago. Looking at your last 3 reviews it does not seem like any company in this entire world could do a good enough job for you. Beware all vendors on this lady.

I had so many boxes packed and ready to go for this move, when you say "move everything in this room" I would assume one would move everything in this room, they didn't, left boxes. I told them about the washer and dryer, they didn't move it. When they got to my new house I said washer and dryer go here the older gentleman told me " you did not have a washer and dryer" I told him yes I did I told you about it.
He rudely told me no you didn't, then finally the two younger movers (who were friendly as all get out) said she did - he got all kinds of ticked off at them too. The things that got moved and didn't get moved are astounding at how they made their choices. Normally I would have calmed down and not have said anything but after a whole week I am still upset. everything was clearly labeled with stickers and color coded on where to go in the new house, honestly the two younger gentlemen that moved me had it just been them would have gotten a four star review but the rest of the team leave a lot to be desired from a customer service aspect.

If no stars is an option. Kendrick Moving gets no stars! I booked a job for a weekend at 9:00 am. 9:15 no one.9:30 no one. At 10:00 am I sent my husband to the new place to see if they showed up there. I called the office 3 times, but they have NO ONE manning the phones on Saturday. So first thing Monday I called and spoke with the "ladies" in the office.
When I asked what happened the only response was we have you on the schedule for next weekend. No apology was offered, no sympathy or suggestions on how can we help or" is there anything we can do now" was ever spoken. I work in a the customer service field and I felt like these "ladies" just work for a paycheck not for the customer. After being told three times that I was on the schedule for next weekend, I said well Mary F'd up (but I said the whole thing).
Their response was you don't have to use that language. I said have a nice day and hung up. Not sure if they will take me off the schedule for next weekend, probably not, because they don't know how to run a business! I don't leave many reviews but felt compelled to leave this one and I will tell everyone who will listen - DON'T USE KENDRICK MOVING!

WORST experience I've ever had with movers and I've moved a few times. Four movers took 8 hours to move my mother from a fairly small house and they had to make two trips. I can live with that even though four guys should've come in a bigger truck. What I can't live with is watching them (several times) carry in a single lamp and ask where to put it.
After the fact, I find out that they were skateboarding behind my mom's house. They were clearly milking the clock. Prepare to overpay and still have to move items yourself. I wish I were there at the end of the 8 hours when they wanted paid. My mother ultimately paid $1800 for an unfinished job: several boxes and many other items were left at the old house.
They just didn't bother taking them even though they were told to. My elderly mother is literally in tears and several family members have to finish what this company didn't do. The photos show part of what they left behind. Totally unacceptable! BUYER BEWARE!
