A well-oiled machine! Everything went smoothly, in a timely manner, and with respect to the pieces they were moving. They carefully wrapped my furniture (even a crusty old antique piano!) and took the time to ask where each piece would be going in the other house. Polite, considerate, and pleasant individuals to work with. I will highly recommend Booth to my friends and family. Hell, I'll even stop strangers on the street to tell them how great you are!

This was my second move with Booth movers and both times they were absolutely amazing. The crew was fast and efficient and super sweet. They were amazing from the phone call estimate all the way to checking to make sure everything went well. The crews are always dressed professionally and act the same. Will be using them every time.

In a word."AMAZING"! Booth Movers was the best part of our move. So friendly and professional from the initial estimate to the final move. They arrived on time with a crew of 6 guys and started immediately. They were respectful of our belongings and moved so fast we were trying to keep ip with them. They moved everything from our 3 br house, garage, and shed in under 4 hrs (and we have quite a lot of stuff).

They wrapped all furniture in blankets and took care to understand where things needed to go in the new house. When we unloaded everything they were so great about making sure it all went to the right spaces and nothing damaged. They provided a fair estimate and the final cost was actually lower than the estimate because our crew worked so hard.

Booth movers were amazing! No joke made my move feel so easy and seamless. They finished in under 3 hours. They were efficient and on task. They wrapped everything nicely and were very kind as well. They showed up on time and even early to get a head start on the day. I couldn't thank them enough! I will definitely be using booth movers again in the future.

Booth Movers were professional and reliable. I used them to pack and unpack an entire house. It was efficient and the movers were extremely hard workers. Will was my contact on the job and was a true professional. Reasonable money also. I highly recommend.

Booth Movers is a class act! They handled my move out of one home, provided climate controlled storage, and then moved me into a new home. I had the pleasure of meeting Walter, Jorge, and Sam on my move in who handled my furniture (some of it VERY heavy) with care through a number of precarious situations! Second time I've used this company. They are always dependable, extremely respectful, and careful with my belongings. I could not recommend this company enough. Great communication from start to finish. Everyone in the offices I spoke to and communicated with via email we're outstanding. My actual move day went smoothly and quickly while the upmost care was taken for all my belongings.

After having the video consultation of what was going to be moved, a fair estimate was provided a few weeks before the move. We had everything packed and staged, and once the guys from Booth came (on time, and with excellent communication on the day of), everything went off without a hitch. Our belongings were handled with care while being loaded and unloaded, and there was no damage that occured. Great movers, great service, and a fair price to move from Bergen to Morris county.

We moved from Bergen County to Easton Maryland at the end of 2021. Our realtor recommended Booth Movers, so we contacted them. When George came to review our house in order to provide an estimate we could tell that Booth knew what they were doing. We checked reviews on the internet and we selected Booth. Booth was extremely professional and he moving people were careful and hard working.

They packed our house in one day, and delivered the next day. What a wonderful, easy, worry free move! Booth exceeded our expectations. We are happy to recommend them to anyone.

I worked with Booth Movers on commercial projects for my job so I knew once my husband and I were planning to move to our new home, Booth Movers had to be the team we used. They were so easy to work with and made the whole process a breeze. Moving itself is so overwhelming and stressful, but the day of the move was great. Our team was very professional, fast and friendly.

I used Booth Movers for a complex, multi-part move out of storage into a home where some furniture was being swapped out to go to another location. Booth's crew was responsive, patient, kind and just amazing to work with. Reasonably priced and did a great job. Highly recommend.

I would recommend Booth to anymore making a move (personally mine was out of state). I got a decent quote, set the move date and they more or less took everything from there. George was my salesperson and kept me in the loop the whole time. Dana was able to help me coordinate payment and updates regarding keys/codes to my storage units. Joe was able to keep me posted via text and calls the entire move day with Walter and Jose's progress all the way up to the both of them quickly and professionally moving my boxes and furniture into my new apartment in Boston.

The entire team from George providing me a fair and reasonable quote to Walter and Jose driving away were professional, funny, and more then worth the $ I paid for the move. Thanks again Booth! Great Job!

The move itself went great. the two gentleman were great, they did my fiance's shortly before. however the billing?!.bait and switch. such b.s. My fiance moved 3 weeks prior to me. She had two full bedroom sets, and a full living room (two sofas) and about 10 - 12 boxes. and two tvs. two guys did the entire move in 4.5 hours, they charged her a total of $789 with additional charges included (fuel surcharge $30).

She moved 14 miles from between the two locations. My move entirely different. 1 bedroom set, 1 couch, two end tables and several boxes. and computer monitors (not boxed). my move was under 4 miles.they charged me $955 (fuel charge $45). They arrived at 8am and completed the moved and pulled away at 11am. Total job completed in 3 hours. I called and complained.

They came up with all sorts of answers.they are based in moonachie and were closer to my fiance's apt. Really?! i was told i was paying for my property to be moved, not the distance from their facility (which is 20 mins from Waldwick, NJ. Secondly, the person on the phone said i can't compare them to Ridgewood movers (who did my job last year for under $600; all the same furniture plus tv's and paintings) as they are bigger then them and they are just a small company (mind you they've been in business for over 70 years and over 40k moves recorded (on their website). seriously?! how does that compute.my job was smaller in size and less time consuming.and my job was more expensive?! Give me a break. I will never again use booth movers nor will i recommend them to ANYONE. Highway robbery at its finest!

We moved over a year ago, and after 15 emails to Doug, have not gotten any resolution to the problem. Booth Movers displayed a total lack of communication, professionalism and safety. We moved during the pre-vaccine height of the pandemic. Booth sent us their COVID-19 protocol but did not follow it We repeatedly had to ask movers to put masks on during the stressful move. Booth lost our mattress then came back with two small, dirty mattresses and asked us which was ours.

We said neither and they tried to convince us that we were wrong and one was our mattress. After we slept on the couch the night of our move, they delivered our nearly new mattress which was now dirty and stained. Although they misplaced shelves from a cabinet (similar to the mattress) they told us to look harder as if it were our fault. The shelves were delivered a few days later without an apology. Booth lost the key to our storage unit whose contents they were to deliver.

They dropped and threw boxes of our belongings such that the plastic containers broke and their contents spilled across the driveway. Booth delivered a move that was neither safe nor competent. Do not hire Booth Movers!

From start to finish Booth Movers was amazing. I first spoke with Doug, who was extremely knowledgeable about the area I was moving to, as well as the NJ moving industry in general. After some quick questions, we did a very efficient virtual walkthrough of our apartment and received a quote immediately following that. I was able to book and confirm a reservation that same day.

Our three movers were very professional and had such great positive attitudes. They helped me feel less stressed during a hectic time. I cannot praise Ric, Vaughn, and Komo enough. I will definitely be using Booth again in the future and will recommend them to family and friends.

We booked a move with Booth for late April, two weeks before the move, during prime moving season. A person answered when I called, took down my info, and I got a follow up call to schedule an estimate later that day. From the moment we called to the day the movers unloaded the last item from their truck, everything just went so smoothly. The movers who helped us that day were Harvey, Josbin and Jorge.

They were friendly, helpful, and super efficient. From start to finish, they were courteous, professional, and overall, just nice guys. I've moved a lot in my young adult years, and never have I had such a worry-free move. We heartily recommend Booth, and if you're lucky, you might get to work with Harvey, Josbin & Jorge.

DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY. They lost skis, shower gifts/wedding gifts, etc. and the manager/owner told me that I should be thankful what was lost was not a heirloom and the items were at least replaceable. AND I was not reimbursed AND they never went back through their records and contacted the other movers that were packed in with ours to see if they got our items.what kind of company does that? If they at least contacted the other people we may have our stuff right now. Terrible terrible company and business. If you don't want items lost, do not got with them.

Our trio of guys (Josbin, Will, Daniel S) weren't exactly given the easiest of situations to deal with, and if anything, their presence and demeanor were a calming influence on my wife and me. They were fast, efficient, sociable, and just overall pleasant to work with. Regardless of the job, would highly recommend these gentlemen as well as Booth Movers overall.

Professional & courteous service from first inquiry until the last piece of furniture was put into place. Ricky, Oscar & Vaughn were professional, organized and very personable. They made the process so much easier for me. Also kudos to Doug who gave me the estimate & answered all of my questions. Every Booth employee who answered the phone was pleasant and eager to answer my questions. Thank you so much. I will definitely refer you to my friends and colleagues!

I am editing my review to reflect how hard the guys worked and how appreciative I was of their effort. Unfortunately there was damage to half of my dishes despite being wrapped in bubble wrap and foam and packed in a glass saver box and GLASS FRAGILE was written all over the box. They also didn't show up as expected. When you are in luxury buildings, the elevators can only be used during the reserved time. I though they understood that especially after I made it clear what the reservation times were. It was more stressful the day of the move than it should have been.

Due to forces beyond my control I needed to move in the middle of this madness. In addition, moving day was around 95 degrees. Thanks to Eduardo and the crew making a sucky day suck less. They showed up right on time and got right to work. I had previously done a walk through of my place via Skype to show what was going to be moved. I was told the movers would take anything in sealed boxes in addition to all the agreed upon furniture.

These guys went above and beyond! They basically took everything that wasn't nailed down. They took pictures off the wall, crates of albums and even emptied my attic, which I thought I had to do on my own since there was a lot of loose crap. They wrapped everything in blankets and bubble wrap. They disassembled and reassembled everything that needed it. The move couldn't have been smoother. I wouldn't hesitate to use Booth again!

Booth Movers did a fantastic job on my move (July 18, 2020). They did the original estimate by facetime (due to Covid) which went really well. The quote was accurate, they were in touch with me the week of the move (I never had to reach out to them to confirm anything, they were always on it), the guys showed up on time and were professional. The move went well without any issues (moving can be so stressful, but they put my mind at ease from the beginning).

The move wasn't bad but they broke my basketball hoop. I Reached out and they were going to send an insurance adjuster, but then Covid happened. I have now reached out a few times since things have started to open up and they have not returned my messages. I'm disgusted at the way they have handled it and would never recommend them due to the way they have treated me since the move.

From the very first email requesting a quote, to the delivery guys unloading in my new apartment, the entire process was an A+. Being this was my first long distance/interstate move (NJ to SC), I had a million questions and concerns. They were informative and helpful every step of the way. Pricing was reasonable. The two guys arrived on time to pick up my stuff and from the moment they pulled into my parking lot, and left, was a total of two hours.

Delivery down to SC only took three days (granted I moved end of January which is the slower season, but still!) Unloading took a little over an hour. They have it down to a science, they are so organized. Nothing was broken or missing upon delivery. I am a happy customer and would highly recommend Booth!

I contacted Booth Movers for my last move. Scheduled an appointment with Doug to give an estimation. He took the time to take note of the furniture and explaining the whole process. On the day of the move, Harvey and his crew arrived and finished on time with no extra charge. They took very well care of the fourniture. Having worked with other movers in the past, with mixed results. I cannot recommend them more!

I utilized Booth for my long distance move. They provided me a clear estimate. All other companies I contacted had me "guess" on the number of boxes etc I needed. Booth actually came to my home to see exactly what I had. This allowed them to give me a 100% accurate quote. I was afraid of hidden costs but Booth was upfront and laid it all out for me. Their movers were on time and allowed me to move stress free.

I moved from Northern New Jersey to Greensboro, NC with Booth Movers last week and am extremely pleased. The salesman George D'Andrea made the process easy for me and explained the process. He answer all the questions I had. Edwin and his moving team were pleasant and professional. They handled all my items with care, were on time and very efficient. Moving is very difficult but Booth Movers helped make it go smoothly!
