I hired Charles Moving for my first move ever, and I will never use another company for my future moves! Godwin and his team were AMAZING on my moving day, and Joe was great to work with to coordinate the moving services. All were super responsive to all questions that I had leading up and were reassuring through the entire day. Godwin & team told me to relax and don't worry because they would take care of everything - and they did!
I moved into a 4th floor walk up and the team took extreme care to move every one of my items up perfectly, and without a complaint. They completely took my stress away that day with their professionalism and positive attitude. I will recommend this company and team to everyone I know who needs a mover because I couldn't have had a better experience.

Godwin and Marcos were the team for my move. They did an amazing job, with some very heavy items. Everything was packed and moved carefully. Godwin called the day before and morning of to give me a time estimate. They were very courteous and thoughtful. they arrived wearing masks, which I appreciated a great deal. They worked efficiently and asked questions that helped the transition of furniture from one place to the other. I highly recommend them, and especially Godwin and Marcos as a team.

We appreciate how Charles Moving and Storage Company actually came to our RESCUE. We had another moving company that did not show the care and concern when it came to placing our items in storage. Many of our treasured pieces of furniture literally were broken in pieces. When it came time to move the items we needed a Moving Company that stood behind their work. Fortunately my wife and I were introduced to Charles Moving and Storage, The amazing thing was the Owner actually facilitated the move to make certain we were pleased with the services.
To add value even made certain the previous location we thoroughly cleaned. The service far outweighed the cost. We needed assistance moving a large fragile unit into our basement. Charles Moving & Storage, helped my mother move from assisted living to putting item in storage. Their team came in wrapped up all of the contents and made sure everything was moved quickly, safely and without damage. The weather during the move was cold and rainy, all the contents arrived dry and just the way they left her apartment. The invoice was exactly as their quote. I highly recommend Charles Moving for anybody who is looking to perform a move.
