Very clean facility, had lots of options for me and they were willing to work on short notice. I was moving last minute and I talked to Joe before I came in and helped me figure out my schedule and gave good advice for packing!

The only reason you are not getting a 2 star is your Helen is so sweet. The fact that you have NO map to the maze of units all interconnected is unreal. Especially when we try to find a non emergency door to exit to car after hunting down 3 measly carts in the entire compound. Make no assumption. this fortress is a huge maze of units and getting turned around while looking for carts took at lease 30 mn. exit doors are marked emergency exits. of course we are turned around 8n the maze.

Anxiety attacks. but the other issue is this cart thing. None where they are supposed to be. If you provide a map and carts where they should be. at the door then you would get 5 stars. And I will change it gladly. One of us had issues with walking.printing maps for new tenants with open exit doors clearly marked vs all emergency only doors.and getting more than 3 carts with mandatory drop-off by doors is not unreasonable. It is logical.

I was with this storage facility before it was bought by Secure Space. The staff with SS has been super nice and patient. I've had to call and handle things with my account and Helen was understanding, communicative and helpful! I highly recommend this business. Great customer service and the monthly rent is fair and more budget friendly than the big name storage facilities.

Convenient location and best rates in town for climate controlled storage units. The manager, Helen, is very friendly and helpful and made the rental process quick and easy.

The ladies at the storage facility were friendly and knowledgeable. They also took care of everything quickly. I also admired their packing boxes that look like storage chests! Don't be fooled like I was by the lack of signage while they are remodeling. Its a great storage facility!

Super kind, quick, and amazingly efficient! Rodney made sure to go over all of the sizes and showed us several until we found the perfect one for our needs. There was no question he didn't go over before we xbox even ask. You won't find a better place of people and knowledge to fit your needs!

I have been using this storage facility off and on for 5 years. Helen has always been great to work with which is why I always come back but what a wonderful addition Chris is to the team. He went above and beyond for me helping me with several storage rooms. He showed me several options he made great suggestions and gave me outstanding customer service.

I will continue to use this facility because of the professional customer service, cleanliness and price. Chris and Helen are a great team. If you need a storage facility this is the place - you won't be disappointed!

Helen was prompt and courteous setting up a new unit. The gate system is easy and there are many ways to get in and out of the building. They are renovating the units and it should be considered if you are looking for storage options. Photos as of November 2020.
