For small or awkward-shaped items, using shelving units can save space while staying organized. Items such as tables and beds should be taken apart and screws can be kept in a sandwich bag. Putting furniture sliders underneath heavy items such as couches can make a huge difference. You can also use dryer sheets in the corners of your unit, but we recommend changing every 30 days.

The most frustrating part is their elevator system. GOODLUCK if you come home late at night through the parking garage (which is most people's only entrance ) you will have to wait 10+ minutes to arrive. Here's the issue.it only comes down to "Ground" if someone from another floor calls it down to Ground - multiple times we've called the elevator.waited super long and had to walk around to floor1 (front of building) only to go down to floor G where we tried to call it from to begin with

When i came in with my 2 kids i was greeted by a women named sam she was very rude to me and very condescending i dont know if it was because i was black or if it was because i caught her at a bad time but that is no excuse to shut the door in my face and tell me that you are to busy to talk to me. i also have some friends that stay in the building who say they have to have multiple work orders put it because there is nothing done to fix the things that need to be fixed. i think that is very unprofessional.

Also when i came in to do my walk around an appartment the building had a really funky smell like someone is breeding skunks or something i couldnt put my finger on it! All in all i think that the management team really need some training!

I have been trying to reach them since last week for a new lease but they never pick up the phone or reply to any of your emails. Now I'm wondering, should I even consider moving to Park 150 Apartment. I was expecting better customer service for that much rent. Very Disappointed.

Bad management team does not get what they say they say is going to get done in the time frame they say it's going to be, nonsmoking building smells like cigarettes and Marijuana, construction goes on throughout the week even on Saturday and Sunday from 6 in the morning till 8 at night, very disrespectful and unprofessional management team.

Edited 7/2021 - The building underwent conversion from Condo units to rental apartments January 2021. Everything in life comes down to personal expectations. There's a tremendous amount of work ongoing indoors and outside - many projects planned and in progress. Unlike the building's former life as condos, there is a full-time management office. It's difficult at this point to speak to anything else without a comparison to how the building was maintained in its former life as condos when it was exceptionally clean and quiet.

It's still a convenient building to live in - close to downtown, the commuter train, and walkable. Replies to other reviews are dismissive - citing how much better life will be when the overall project reaches completion. Going back to expectations - someone at home in the daytime values something different than another who comes home at 5PM when the work is at a standstill. Photos of the renovated units are impressive.

Great place to live. Close to train, across street. Units have wash machines and dryers. Water system on separate systems, can take shower, wash cloths and put on dishwasher at same time. Common area is very CLEAN. Has an entertainment room with a pool table, workout room, party room, & outside pool. Oh, great hot water in morning. Don't have to worry about warm or cold showers ever.

Downtown Lombard. Metra a fast up the ramp 1 block short for train to chicago. People are so friendly. Very quiet. Actually, WONDERFUL HOT WATER ALL THE TIME. DECK IS FINISHED LANDSCAPPING ONGOING BECAUSE OF DECK CONSTRUCTION. CENTRAL AIR WASH MACHINES IN YOUR UNIT. HARD TO FIND AROUND HERE.

It was ok. If you're getting excited about the "full kitchen", you'll want to ask and make sure that you'll have the dishes you need. Their "Full Kitchen" is that, but there aren't enough dishes to do anything beyond maybe fixing eggs for breakfast. If you're hoping to do any cooking beyond that, you'll need to bring your own pans, etc. If it was just that, I'd only be mildly annoyed, but each night there was a pretty constant commotion directly above our room that I can only describe as a bowling alley sound.

It was periodic, about every 30 seconds. In the morning, I decided to head upstairs to see if I could figure out what it was, and after poking my head out the stairway door heard a barking dog and collar & tags. I had been told the hotel is pet free. I'm not sure if that dog was the cause of the noise or what, because I gave up trying to figure it out at that point.
