Dan fit me in after a scheduled move to help me out with a queen sleeper sofa. This company is professional and so easy to work with! Can't say the same for other companies in the area. The only people I would trust to do the job right! Highly recommended!

I have moved with this company twice, and both times, the actual move itself has been the easiest, fastest, most professional and most caring experience I have had in IL. That is because Dan, Alex and James are absolutely great and have decades of experience. I will say that the first time, and a time when I needed a last-minute emergency move that they were too booked for, Randy was difficult and frustrating to deal with.

The great news is that Dan is taking over the business and Randy is on his way out. This transition time is a little rough, because they are all doing every aspect of the job, but I knew from before that it was worth waiting to hear back from them. It took a couple calls and some patience but they did reply. Once again, they offered a great rate and their estimate was exact. Dan was punctual for the estimate, took a 10min look at my space and nailed it perfectly.

I knew how much I was paying (saved a couple hundred from other estimates I'd gotten online) and they arrived on time for the move, had great, friendly attitudes, and asked good questions. Highly recommend and will use them whenever I am able.

Mr. Randy and Mr. Dan's crew helped us move between two-bedroom apartments within Champaign. Mr. Dan has checked both the move-out and move-in areas before our move-day and ensured a smooth move experience. Everyone in the crew handled each item carefully. We didn't have a single item broken or damaged. They were also very professional from start to finish. I would highly recommend Twin City Movers.

I had a phenomenal experience with Twin City Movers. From the initial scheduling call to moving day itself, I found everyone I worked with to be very professional, extremely friendly, and supremely efficient. They definitely know their business and did everything possible to make my move as smooth as possible. I highly recommend this moving company.

Critical: Professionalism I called to get a quote from this company, and upon this person's return call, he was abrasive, disrespectful, and tried to explain to me how long he had been in the business as if that justified his behavior. The only reason I can provide a second star is for the fact he called me back within 24 hours of my message.

People like Randy Luttrell the owner of this outfit should not be allowed to do business: He is unfit, unprofessional, and deeply unstable & unpredictable, a ticking time-bomb. Do not trust him under *any* circumstances. If you are foolish enough to hire this dishonest louse, get the agreement in writing in the form of a contract. Do not take him at his word. His word is worthless.

The man who answered the phone was pretty quick to dismiss me when I told him I only needed help unloading, and didn't need assistance with the entire move. He REALLY emphasized that they would not help me because it was a Saturday and everyone wanted to go home. (I asked for help at 3 PM. not horribly late on a day that is quite common for people to move on.) I respect that they treat their employees well and give them time off, but I would have at least told a customer that the issue is that "we close at noon", "we don't offer help with unloading only" or something of this nature.

I felt like my business was not important to them in the slightest, immediately after I mentioned the type of help I needed. I even told them I could be flexible with the time, but that wasn't good enough. The answer was a hard NO, and it wasn't because they were booked. Called Mann's Movers and they were happy to accommodate me. Don't waste your time - support a company who doesn't treat clients like dollar signs only.

During the busy summer moving season, I had an emergency small move. Twin City Movers fit me in on a day when their other moves finished early. The crew agreed to do an extra move! The owner was in constant communication with me with status updates of the time of the move. The crew was fantastic - polite, courteous, hard working, quick, and careful. The owner truly wanted to help me during this difficult time. I am so grateful to Twin City Movers for all their help and I highly recommend them!

Twin City moving company was recommended to me by a friend. I can't say enough about how pleased I was with my overall experience. It was an extremely hot and humid day and I didn't hear one complaint nor did I see any change in their work pace. This was a very pleasant moving experience. I would highly recommend them. Their prices were very reasonable and not one item was damaged.

My mom used Twin City Movers for her move from Champaign to Minneapolis. They were absolute pros! Professional, careful, quick, and always so friendly and happy. They treated every item with the upmost care and demonstrated extra caution for any noted antique/heirloom pieces. It was obvious they were the right crew to trust from the consultation before packing.

Best movers I've ever used. The men are professional, kept a good attitute even in the face of difficulties, had every detail worked out, went above and beyond to be reliable. The owner is dependable and keeps his word.

Everyone was very helpful over the phone with estimates and information for my fiance and I. The movers, Bernard, Derrick, and Miles were incredibly friendly, careful, and fast. When we move in the future they will definitely be our first choice.

Wow. I can not recommend these guys enough. From start to finish. Beginning with the owner Randy who assessed the situation and came in at such a great price. We were moving my dad from Champaign to Oak Park and needed to also drop off furniture at my sisters house since my dad is moving to an apartment near my sister. On move out day Randy showed up to introduce us to the team.

His brother Dan was in charge and his two assistants Nate and Matt. These three worked cheerfully to help pack glass shelves and art, wraps a glass table top, and take down a big desk and shelf unit. Matt who is a carpenter and does moves part time was a great help with the desk. And each of the team performed in heat without a complaint. Especially Dan who was out on the truck all day!

Then the second day they drove up and unloaded. Dealing with an elevator and all our issues with where to put things. Again handling it all with pleasantness and helpfulness. I cannot imagine a better experience. And being such a stressful time for our family. And a big change for my dad. They were so gracious to him. Respectful all the time. If you are moving I highly recommend Twin city movers. What a great team. Thank you Dan Matt and Nate!!

If you need movers these are your guys! I was hesitant to use movers but I’m so glad I did. The crew was amazing. Extremely friendly, fast but also took the time to make sure nothing would break. Moving is very stressful but this team made it very easy for me!!

Spot on! Randy and his crew were supportive in a stressful situation. I changed where I was moving 3 times (one burned down.well it was not any better for others) and they just went with the flow. When my relatives from a couple hours away could not get to my place to help pack (snow and extreme cold), I asked for Twin City Movers' help. They brought boxes, tape, etc and got it done, then moved it the next day.

They did it all with a sense of humor, kindness and nothing damaged or missing. The cost was less than any other mover I checked and the personal touch Randy gives is calming. It was more expensive than original quote, but that was due to extra time spent packing for me and then not moving to ground floor but 2nd floor. I was informed all the way through of adjusted cost. Highly recommend.

I needed movers for a in-town move, and Twin City was able to work with me on my timeframe and date. I had a good estimate two weeks before the move. Communication was easy and thorough. I felt like I knew exactly what was going to happen on moving day. On the day, the three movers were on time, polite and friendly, and very careful. They were able to pack and move - complete the job - in a shorter amount of time than expected and under the estimate! Thanks Randy and Twin City Movers!

I have had three trouble free moves with Twin City Movers. They were fast, but efficient and nothing was damaged or broken. I have moved a lot of times through the years and these guys are the best.

Randy and his team provided exceptional service on our move from Champaign to the DC area. Very professional and he and his team went out of their way to help in transferring items to/from storage as part of the move. This was the 3rd time we used Twin City Movers and we're calling them first on our next move!

Do NOT use these company ever. Here is why: Poor technology-they do not send any confirmation once you schedule a move. No call center-you are stuck with Randy and the possibility of answering the phone. We had Randy come out and agreed upon a date and logistics after going to our home and storage unit. He did not show up the day of the move. We finally found is cell, and he said he had us scheduled for the month after, after initially saying he could not remember talking to us. This company is DIRTY and will drop you unexpectedly for a more profitable move. Stay away. Stay far away.

Do not trust them. Randy at Twin City committed to a 3-4 hour local move for me, and now after I have made all arrangements for the date we agreed upon, he pulled out of the appointment. He said I had too much stuff for that amount of time, and would not even give me the 3-4 hours for as much as could be moved. I pleaded with him for any time at all, as now we are less than a week from the end of the month, and I already know that the other movers in town are booked. I have no idea what I'm going to do. DO NOT TRUST OR USE TWIN CITY MOVERS.

My family used Randy and his team many many times! AAA service every single time! Always on time, always professional, never broke our scratched a single item, I can't recommend then enough
