Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness I'm don't know how they are with your items but when one of my neighbors moved in, their truck ran through the edge of my yard busting a sprinkler head. I had no phone call or note about the issue and only saw what happened through my security camera. I tried to contact them about the damage and got no response.

Would give this company zero stars if it was possible. When they came to pack and load our items they were over an hour late (even though they had a two hour window to show up) they also didn't bring all the equipment necessary to move our furniture so they had to come a second day and load the rest.they were late the second day too. Now, we are just trying to contact them to have our items delivered to our new home and have not been able to get ahold of them for a solid week! Do NOT use this company. Not reliable, and definitely not communicative.

Starck is amazing! The team did an amazing job on our long distance move. Awesome attention to detail. Multiple fragile items, and not one scratch! No damage to our items or either home. They did an amazing job and we would definitely use again. Thank you Mike, Chelsea, Jimmy, Neil, Dave, George, and Chris!

Starck did an amazing job yesterday on our move! We had 6 guys working with us and they were all awesome. All had great attention to details. We had multiple fragile items and machines and not one was damaged! They were even careful not to damage the walls and door frames on the houses too. They did an amazing job and we would definitely recommend them!

Worth every penny! The team of four men were extremely professional and took extra care to ensure they didn't scratch walls or damage floors. I was extremely impressed with how quickly they moved everything. At our new house they made sure they asked where each box went which was a lifesaver when we unpacked. I highly recommend them and if we ever move again, we will definitely be calling Starck!

Starck was excellent to work for my out-of-state move. Coordination and communication was well done on their part. The movers themselves were very helpful and curteous and went above and beyond expectations. For example, they helped me move stuff out of my car that was heavy and I had to bring personally, offered to drop an old mattress at my sister's house along their way, and even offerend to come pick up empty boxes when I was done unpacking at my new location. I fully trusted them to pack, inventory, transport and unload my stuff. I would highly recommend them.

We did a military PCS from Warner Robins, GA to Colorado Springs, CO and Chris and a lady were our movers and they did a great job. They didn't pack our stuff, only put it in their truck and transported it. They were friendly and even informed us that the packers had missed a whole room while inventorying our boxes! None of our furniture or boxes were damaged or missing. They were a week late delivering our stuff but overall I'm very satisfied with their work. Best movers you could ask for after hearing all the horror stories.

I want to give u no stars What kind of moving company shows up without a dolly and then ask to borrow mine. Really? Your inventory guy wrote that all our stuff was worn and damaged. Liars. He sat in one room and never looked at the furniture. I did call the office to report that and how they handled our boxes of stuff. The movers were very unprofessional.
Didn't lay pads down on floor to cover our carpeting. One of the movers was taking apart our bed. He was standing on the wooden bed rails. All he had to do was ask for a step stool. It was bowing. He was asked to get down and he said nothing. Not even sorry. How disrespectful. They were throwing our fragile boxes around as if they didnt care if our stuff broke.
Be aware that when they pack your stuff that they will put one thing in a huge box. They get paid for each box they pack. It was just ridiculous. We were so nice to the movers. We ordered pizza and they drank a whole case of water. Upon arrival of our items we found three mountain dew bottles filled with pee shoved in our washer and dryer. Unacceptable.
We have several things damaged. If the vice president of this compant is answering our reviews you need to look further in the people you hire and be hands on with these so called workers to see what they do while on the job. Beware.

Extremely professional, polite, and handled all of our items with extreme care. We used this company twice as we did our moves in 2 parts and we had exceptional service both times. We were at first detered from reivews here but after talking to people whom we knew who had utilized Starck we decided to give them a try. I'm glad that we did! Prices were also very good and we recived a rebate when they moved everything faster than originally thought for the quote! Note: we decided to use Starck despite poor reviews here as they came highly recommended by our realtor- she had personally used them and had other clients who also had good experiences.
It is important to remember that people are more likely to seek them out to leave a review when an experience is bad and less likely to remember to come back when an experience is good. Most moving companies we reviewed had poor reviews, we were happy to use after a personal recommendation. We are happy that we did and will continue to recommend them to anyone we know looking for moving services!

My wife and I ordered furniture from JC Penney's who hired Starck to deliver it. Starck spoke with my wife and asked if they could deliver the furniture on 5/9/14 between 10 & 2. My wife took a day off of work to accept that delivery. They called and said their truck broke down and they would deliver it 4 days later. That was not acceptable as we had to work.
My wife was told by the caller that being upset gave her no right to raise her voice. In response my wife expressed rather than telling a customer what her rights are, the caller should use her energy to figure out how to get our furniture to us within a reasonable amount of time. The caller said she would have to speak to the dispatcher once he returned from lunch to see if there was anything they could do.
They called back and said that they would deliver the next day, Saturday, between 10 & 2. My wife explained that we had an early morning appointment but would make arrangements with the neighbor to accept the delivery. The caller agreed to have someone call when they would be on their way so we could alert our neighbor. We never received a call, and were home by noon. We waited until 2:00 p.m. and they never showed up. We were so disgusted and upset that we cancelled our order.
