Do not go with this company. Worse service, do not respond to emails or calls once they have received your deposit. Wash their hands of any issues once the shed was constructed. No responsibility from workmen that they recommend. Took almost a year for the shed to go up, and now there's many issues and they don't want to take any responsibility for it.

Critical: Professionalism, Value Worse experience. They recomend me with details of the shed installer and said he does a great job. The job he did was dodgy and then stopped receiving phone calls and then when i called them they refuse for anything to be done. They have unethical and unprofessional installers. Will never recommend them. Services: Shed installation, Shed delivery to installation sites, Steel shed design & building

Good Morning, I bought a shed from Eureka Ballarat delivered in June 2013. i was very pleased with until six weeks ago when I discovered the colourbond walls are rusting. I took two photos into Ballarat and received a very cold shoulder suggesting it's my fault and was even threatened I would be sued if I went public. John did say somebody from head office would come and look. It's been five weeks now and there hasn't been any contact. People use this stuff for raised beds and it lasts much longer than 3 years. They just don't care. Neil
