A Mini Storage

I've had my space here since 2006 and the original owners were just the best folks around. The new corporate owners have decided the best way to thank me for my YEARS of on time and automatic payments by raising my rental rate for the third time in 2 years, twice in just the last six months, over $50 per month increase. Emailed the manager and was told they don't "make adjustments, is there anything else you'd like to ask?" We'll be moving as soon as we are able to get everything out. What a waste of 16 years of being a great customer.

Wasn't sure what to expect from this facility, since I was coming in from out of state to help a family member. I'd called a couple of weeks before my arrival to get the details on access, trash disposal, and anything else I should know. I spoke with Alicia, who was very helpful and understanding of what a big job it can be to clean out one of these units.

She even gave me the best piece of advice. coordinate a charity donation truck to come get everything that we weren't keeping. This idea was a life saver! The place is clean, well, -lit, and secure. You can't go wrong. Call Alicia, and you'll be good to go. Just remember to not leave unwanted items and trash behind!

After having a frustrating run around with another place in town, I found this little gem and I cannot stress enough how amazing Alicia was to us! She was patient and extremely professional, despite me being frustrated at the situation. She's awesome and this place will continue to have my business.

This is the cleanest and most affordable storage in thr area! Also, the counterperson, Alicia, is super informative and helpful! Way better service than I've had anywhere else! 100% recommend!

We have passed through this area many times in need of propane for our Travel Trailer. The staff is always helpful and does everything appropriately with the propane refills. We really appreciate them being there.

This place is great. I have moved to many places all over the world and had to store with many facilities and this one is my favorite. It is very clean and maintained. The only bugs I have seen have been dead ones. The manager Holly is very friendly and informative. The hospitality is beyond anything I have experienced. When I was moving in she stopped by with some cold waters and even offered to help. This place is a diamond in the rough.

I highly recommend A-Mini Storage over any other in the area. Randy is not only a very helpful person regarding your storage needs, but also a very kind and good person. You will definitely make a good choice going with this company. Thank you Randy for all your help. I will never forget it.

I give this place a 5 and I give the owners and associates a 10. I had my items stored at A-Mini storage for almost 3 years. It is a very clean and secure facility. I just moved all my items out and I never seen one bug. And the prices are reasonable also. I have not one complaint about my experience there. If you are looking for a storage facility.you can't go wrong with A-Mini Storage. Randy.is so nice and willing to help if you need it.what good people!

A very clean and professional storage facility. A great team of people, Lou, Dawn & Randy are ready at any time to help you with all your storage, propane & moving supplies. I think this is the best storage facility in Citrus County.

A mini storage is a very well kept and very friendly staff and owners. I highly recommend if you are in need of a storage place to store your house hold things that you choose this place. They are very sweet and they also work with you if you need them to. The storage also is very nice and clean and bug free and has AC which I was worried about with all my things so they weren't ruined like I said the staff are so friendly and sweet and I am very pleased with them and the place. Also it is a very secure place to keep your things and they have a cart you can haul your things on. Thanks guys
